Awesome food and the waitress was very nice. The beer cheese burger and fried pickles were amazing. Stopped here during a weekend trip to Arcola.

The food has gone down hill ever since being sold to owners of the failed bar “ coyote’s” they took off every single item that was good and just stole other menu items and made them terrible by making frozen patties for the burgers and nothing is consistent though the whole menu. Order food one day and it will be made completely different than the last time. Sauces are either way too much or not enough on the wings. Place is just going to shut down like their last failed bar in town because they want to do everything cheap and frozen

Not a good place nobody in there and we ordered our food and one person got there food and was finished eating by the time I got mine and got a negative comment from the waitress ,, Kennedy is missing something

I’m from out of town and decided to eat here with friends. The waitress took everyone’s order but mine. My friend tried to get her attention 5 times and everytime she came to the table when I asked if I could order food she ignored me and immediately left. My husband finally told the bartender my food order. It wasn’t busy. It was just us and another table plus people sitting at the bar. I have never experienced horrible service like this. I did not feel welcome. I will not be back.

Used to love going there, but since the new owner's took over, it's gone down hill quick. None of the regular bartenders/waitreses were there. Took at least 5-10 minutes to even get a waitress to come and we were only 1 of 2 tables with customers there. once the waitress came up, she was very impersonal and just curt with how she took our order. Then we had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our food (Again only 2 tables of customers and that's it.) We ran out of fish before the waitress even came back to get a reorder and had to wait all over again for the food. It was small portions, still tasted good, but the staff, time, and all just puts us off going back. We even had a little one and he was getting antsy due to having to wait so long for food. It took almost 5-10 minutes to get our check and a box for leftovers, and that was the only time the waitress even acted like we were actual people to interact with.

Classic pub in a small town like Arcola, I've been going there for about 3 years, and I've noticed a worsening from year to year, they've probably changed management several times, but in a pub you can't not have the beers on tap that you had the day before . And the menu is becoming increasingly smaller in terms of food choices.
