We use the outdoor dining and had a delay in service a little but once she realized we were there, it was fine. The patio is breezy. Parts of it are covered. It looks out on the river which is interrupted by the parking for the venue. That's unfortunate, especially since there was a parks department truck with a flat tire parked right in front in the view of the river as well. Food was great. Came out fast. Friendly funny waitress. The three of us had a wonderful time. Not fancy or pretentious at all. Never went inside to review that aspect of the business.

First time to The Pier, came out with 20 people. Weather was perfect so we sat outside. Menu is creative, everybody liked their food, and the waitress was terrific (and patient). Will definitely be back.
