One of the most overrated restaurants I've ever visited. Ordered from menu and waited 30 minutes for cold food (waitress claimed they had just paged her as being up)

Very nice place to eat, plenty of options and fresh hot food, the service was aboustly fantastic lots and lots of seating and the gift shop was so large.Parking: Plenty of parking plus handi cap parking.Kid-friendliness: Huge kid section in the gift shop very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, everything on the same floor, and the bathrooms have grap bats in them as well

Can't say I've ever been disappointed with this place until today. The chicken (which is my favorite & why I came) was consistently bare the entire hour I was here. I never was able to get a chicken breast, and I went up multiple times looking & hoping. I also had to wait quite a while before 2 of the empty desserts were filled. I was waiting to have some brownie pudding and was so disappointed when I sat down and took a bite. It was cold! Not just room temperature but like out of the refrigerator cold. I spent almost $80 to feed my family here tonight. I won't be coming back anytime soon.Our waitress was nice & did a good job. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for my disappointment with my meal.
