Very nice and simple restaurant. Had the smoked ribs and an italian red wine. I would give 5 stars, especially for the food. The service was great and poor - one service staff was very nice and kind, just the other was less helpful - but finally the full image was amazing. The ribs had been amazing taste and were served perfectly. I can recommend 100% - you must have these ribs !!!

Came in to deliver a package as a UPS driver was offered a turkey sandwich hands-down one of the best I’ve had the smoked Turkey was awesome.

We had Bucher Boys cater our wedding. We had pulled, Chicken, and beef taco bar. Beans and rice was AMAZING! The meat was delicious! Everyone at our reception was asking where we got the food! It was a huge hit! The communication was great and super easy to order. The girls who catered did an excellent job! 10/10 they went way above my expectations!! Will definitely order again!

I posted this so people will recognize this food truck/stand when they see it at various locations in Fulton, Cass, Schuyler, and surrounding counties. In this photo, they are located on the Astoria town square for a back to school event. They have also set up at the Rushville town square. They serve high-quality meats and sides. Their location varies but the outstanding quality does not. You can tell by the line to be served.

We came here for a July 4th weekend 'hit' of bbq after reading many positive reviews. Sad to say, this visit was disappointing. The brisket and ribs we ordered we're exceedingly dry .. as if left over from a previous day. The cornbread was stale and flaborless. . The mac and cheese was creamy and good. the service was fine. perhaps we should've sent the food back. Instead we walked out, dissatisfied.

I had not been back in years to the Butcher Bar, but the last month returned. I ordered Mac and Cheese and their meat candy (Double Smoked Beef Burnt Ends. - 1/2 lb)) Boy, was the food tasty and filling! And with a soda, I came away very satisfied. Since my last visit there, back in 2016, the eatery has livened up quite a bit and reminds me (decor) of one of those western chow houses in NV, AZ, or CO) You would not think you were in Queens, NY. Will I be back, yes!
