Avoid this restaurant. Their posted prices at the drive through are a lie. When you get to the window, the cost is 20% higher than you were told when ordering. When I objected, they said the menu “hasn’t been updated yet.” I said that’s a problem and they said the manager knows about it but hasn’t fixed it, and sorry about that.This is flatly illegal. Update the menu first if you want to hike your prices. You can’t tell the customer it’s one thing when they order then demand more when it’s too late. Way to alienate your customers.

The female employee was very curt and impatient. The customer ahead of me walked out without ordering his sandwich. Customer service certainly is not a priority here.

Normally it isn't bad..however this last time I asked for toasted..it was cold. The girl was acting like she didn't care to be there. And didn't hand me my sandwichs..literally took my money, and then once done, She walked away. I had to reach over and grab them. She was more interested in running to the back with the guy she was working with. Also, never have pizzas there , you sell them . Smh, I normally spend a lot of money there...I'm probably not going back anymore.

I work between Virden and Auburn. Always favored Virden. Ordered thru the app at Auburn I knew that I was a few minutes early so I waited in the car. Once inside the employee informed me that they were out of pepperoni and salami and couldn’t make either sandwich. Apparently they have no way to communicate with an app order. I basically end up with two ham sandwiches. I can’t rasp the fact a sandwich shop would not have these two meats that are sliced fresh daily, and that the app can’t stop the order if they don’t have the ingredients.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken wrap with no cheese and a few veggies + sauces. Tried to pay with a 10 dollar coupon I received from ImpactLife for donating, and there were issues with that. I ended up paying the full amount on my gift card PLUS about four dollars cash for ONE wrap. Not even a meal. Was not offered a receipt. Plus, the women’s bathroom door did not even latch.2 stars because the wrap tasted pretty good.Vegetarian options: You can choose exactly what goes on the sandwich or wrap, making subway a great place for vegetarians. Plus, a wide range of salad options!

TerribleThis place used to be decentNot anymore. I ordered a chopped salad, she proceeds to tell me they haven't done chopped salads for years, I don't know whr she came from I've never seen her before but I just had one 3 months ago. I got a handful of lettuce, ham n turkey and 2 small tomatoes. Didn't even fill half the container. I asked her to at least put some more lettuce in itIt was a struggle for her. She took my money of course cash because their card machine never works and gave me change. No thank you nothing. Terrible place.

I stopped at subway about noon for a quick meatball sandwich and it was horrible the meatballs where way overcooked and burnt on the outside . And black when I got looking at them
I have to now eat healthy.I eat at this location often..Food always good..Great for Auburn to have a food place that does Not give you clogged artiesand heart problems..Choose wisely, choose Subway.

2 cars were there it felt like it took forever and I felt like I was in a Final Destination movie and something bad was about to happen they were not stocked enough to have my wrap and came out to the drive thru to let me know and as the car in front of me exited and I pull up to the window they tell me I can't use my debit card. I feel sorry for the workers as this probably was not their fault but had I known I could have drove to one of my other fav locations

My daughter and I stopped there today always like the sandwiches were great but today they were awful . We hadn't been there for awhile,to think that the Auburn Shop at one time was voted the best in Sangamond Co. Puts this management to shame .What happened?
