The new ownership made this place much livelier than before, it became a good alternative to Happy Lamb. The food and service are better in my opinion. The addition of the Sichuan Fish with Pickled Mustard Greens dishes are also very authentic and delicious. It gives people another good option if you don’t want to eat hot pot. We will definitely come here often.
It’s a nice place that, while has a wonderful buffet-style w/options there, also have individual bowls that more than fill you up for a great price. Don’t be fooled by the name of one of the bowls called “Saurkraut Fish”. It doesn’t contain saurkraut at all - but rather has light fermented fish in a delicious broth with peppers and thick tasty noodles, along with plenty of Enoki mushrooms that act like little noodles! This was such a fun experience! Of course, a bit of guidance would be nice as this was my first time, but by taking my time and learning, this was so fun and yummy! A few flies were noted by the soda machine, but learning how to cook and trying the broths like the beef bone and mushroom was delicious with my lamb and chicken! Will come back soon! Also they got they got the cute cat server!
