Will not be going back. We were one of two tables occupied in the restaurant on a Sunday night at 7:15. (That should have been our first clue) We were seated at our table and let them know we were waiting for one more to join us. We never were asked what we wanted to drink until our friend arrived 20 minutes later?!?!?Basically 3 vegetarian options on the menu. Pasta with onions (just Ok) Margherita pizza (bad, someone needs some lessons on how to fire a pizza in a wood fire oven) focaccia (like a crouton). Service was bad, took 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink, had to ask them to clear our empty plates (major pet peeve of mine) and brought red pepper and Parmesan after two pieces of our pizza were already eaten.(a little late to the game!) Again! We were one of two occupied tables in the entire restaurant! And no one at the bar! So disappointed!

We had a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. We made it clear that we had a Paramount Theater show to attend and had time constraints. Our food was not served in a timely manner and came out lukewarm. We sent our food back and by the time our dinners came back we needed to leave for our event.

First off, there is no piano upstairs. Downstairs was rented out for the night and had a DJ playing so loud the whole floor was shaking. Wasn’t what I expected for a piano bar. We made reservations for 715pm on a Saturday night. When we arrived, there was no host at the host stand and a walk in group of four before us. The manager came over and seated the people in line before us. When we came back to us, we told him we had a reservation. All the tables were full. He then added another bar stool to the corner of the bar and told us to wait there. When I asked if I should order a drink he said no the table would be ready soon. After a few minutes he waved us over and sat us at a high top. Our reservation was for standard seating. When the waitress arrived and got our drink orders we just ordered cocktails and waters and an appetizer. The food made it to the tables before any drinks. The cocktail was so bad we had to send it back. The main course food was good giving it the two stars. The vibe was unorganized and not relaxing at all. Basically, we will not be coming back.

Beautiful restaurant but can't recall last time we've had such bad service. Completely ignored by bartender that was making drinks right in front of us. Never said hello or be with you in a second, it wasas if we weren't there. Another couple at the end of the bar same issue, could not get bartender to acknowledge our presence. Don't understand how a restaurant can operate this way with such poor customer service. Do not recommend. Unfortunately not a lot of other choices in downtown Aurora but we left and had dinner elsewhere where are business was appreciated.

Relatively new restaurant in downtown Aurora owned by the same people that run Altiro. Obviously things will get better as the restaurant continues to operate. We had a couple of cocktails, wines, and pizzas. The drinks were amazing and the server was very knowledgeable in helping pick a good wine. Overall service was very good, everyone being super friendly and helpful. The pizzas tasted very good as well with a good variety of toppings. I just wish the dough was a little bit more floppy towards the center like a true Neapolitan pizza. But nonetheless, a smaller place with very good potential that you should definitely check out!
Food was very tasty, would have liked the portions to be just a little larger. The service started slow, and took a while to get orders placed, but after that, it was pretty good. Server was very friendly, and personable. The manager was great, and showed us to the piano bar after our dinner - definitely a place I will visit again soon.
Worst service ever! Completely ignored by bartender and server rude when we tried to order drinks. Why be in business if you don't want to wait on customers. Beautiful restaurant, mediocre food and lousy service. I highly suggest dining at ANY other restaurant in the area.
Waited over an hour but never received food. Waitress gave excuses and became rude. Manager allegedly removed food and presented our group of 6 with a reduced bill for drinks, offered to box food to take for free. After ten more minutes we left without the food as we had a show to go to. Unfortunately, found out days later my card was charged for the full bill which now needs to be disputed

Now I'm no Parolari, but I've had a fair smidge of risottos in my day. And this place has one dynamite risotto.

Just happened in there before a trip to the casino, had no reservation. Fortunately we got seated at the bar and me and my wife had a great dinner and drinks. Food was amazing, my wife constantly talks about more date nights at MIO'S.

I arrived and sat at the bar, no one else in the area or at the bar except for me. Four couples came in, all to the bar area. The staff served everyone BUT me. I ordered takeout but ordered a glass of wine while I waited. I watched the bartender make drink after drink. I had to ask for my wine. I really hope the food is good, cause the service is going down a n flames in my book…

Loved this spot for dinner after a show at the Paramount. Food was great (lamb chops and risotto, would recommend both) and service (Acire) was attentive. Easy walking distance from the Paramount, we'll definitely be back.
