I went to purchase the 2 for $ 6.00 due to the beginning of Lent . The drive thru is supposed to move quickly and I understand that you have regular customers that want to talk but if you have a line you can't chit chat. The fish sandwich was tasteless even though it was a Hawaiian fish sandwich.

The staff here is so nice, and so attentive. I dined in and the manager and the rest of the staff definitely were so nice, I've never has such a wonderful experience at a fast food resturant.

Got asked to pull around after ordering on the app and arriving 2 mins before my order. Sat for an additional 15 mins. Went inside to find my order sitting on the counter. Had rude service then ignored when I went inside and asked simply how long it had been sitting. Found the milk for the kids meal in the bag. All food cold. Milk not as cold as it should be. Called and spoke to Sheree pretty politely after wasting my money here for her to snap off and blame having too many door dash orders. No one's order is less important then others. It's free to be nice to people. And unless it's coming out of your wages, you should really try to be nicer and accommodate your stores mistake. And instead of making excuses and telling me I should inconvenience myself by having to come back after your mess up and you're rude?! I don't know how people like Sheree work with customers but clearly this is not the right environment for her. It's so sad this is the only arbys nearby.

Good service, excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, good prices, there was no queue to buy, clean bathrooms, I recommend visiting.

The food was cold. They forgot to give us any sauce that we asked for. When I paid the person in the window he dropped my debit card on the ground and it went under my car. I had to backup and get out of the car to get it. Not a good visit.
This is the third time I've ordered Jalapeño bites from this location, and this is the third time I've not gotten bronco sauce... kinda disappointed.

Don't waste your time coming to this location they have a different interpretation of the word fresh. They tell you no problem then make you wait an extra 5 mins just to hand you some reheated over salted fries. The food would've been great if they had actually spent the extra time making the food fresh instead of using it as a way to make us perceive they did. Just go to the one in Oswego.
