I recently had the unfortunate experience of contacting the Auntie Ann's location near me in hopes of conducting a simple background check on one of their employees. What I encountered can only be described as a circus of rudeness and unprofessionalism.Upon my initial call, I requested to speak with the manager, Monique. Despite repeated attempts to reach her directly, I was met with nothing but evasion and excuses for her being unavailable. It seems Monique's preferred method of communication is to dodge calls and just to call back to screen the call and then hang up, I guess she's never in the mood to deal with inquiries.Today, February 23rd, when I called yet again, I was greeted with a level of incompetence that truly astounded me. The person who answered the phone couldn't even manage a proper greeting, opting instead for a lackluster "hello" that left me questioning whether I had dialed the correct number. After confirming that I was indeed speaking with Auntie Ann's, I inquired about Monique's availability, only to be met with the excuse from a worker who stated " I don't know where she is, I am just getting out of the bathroom." The sheer lack of professionalism displayed by this establishment is nothing short of appalling. As someone tasked with conducting a routine background check for a Luxury Apartment Complex, I shudder to think how genuine customers are treated when they call with legitimate concerns.It begs the question: where is the oversight? Who is responsible for ensuring that employees are adequately trained and held to a standard of decency? If this is the level of service Auntie Ann's deems acceptable, then it's clear that corporate intervention is sorely needed. Unless significant changes are made, this location is destined for failure. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your pretzel fix.

I applied here. So I received a text message from a Monique asking me to come in for an interview. I replied saying that I do have a couple of interviews within today and tomorrow. And if she could do Saturday morning. All she said's is "okay, unfortunately I'm not available for Saturday morning." That was at 11:45 this morning! I responded asking when will she be available to do an interview because maybe I could have worked around the interviews that I already have. That was at 12pm this afternoon. She still has NOT RESPONDED back or anything! A WASTE OF TIME.. my TIME & UNPROFESSIONAL! And the time is now 3:40pm!

The worker burnt the pretzels I had to wait 10 mins for and the woman at the cashier refused to give me pretzel bites in exchange for the 4 pretzels I ordered. She bluntly said I will have to wait either way! They were not apologetic or considerate of their customers time!! She was not willing to adjust my order at all so I finally asked for a refund. They gave me back cash and took out money for the small lemonade they had already given me. Also lost the $2 tip I had given to them for their lousy service! Very careless employees who pay less attention to their work and more time having fun! Half of the food they were serving was border line burnt! Will NOT be visiting the level 1 auntie annes in fox valley center ever again till I see some different employees working there!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how my order was handled at this location. It's been a while since I've visited. The service was prompt, the cashier's were friendly. Shout-out to Manager Anthony for keeping his crew smiling and productive. There's a new positive vibe here that will keep me returning.

Stopped by today on a last minute mall run needed a quick snack haven't been to this location since march when i had a run in with the GM and his cocky attitude so I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise I was helped by Anthony and Angela and I’m not sure if he’s the new GM or some type of manager but if he’s not he should be both him and Angela were extremely polite and helpful I had to wait a few min for fresh salted since I stopped by right as they opened but we chatted and it made the wait bearable I’ll for sure be a returning customer again

A girl that went there said the manager yelled at her and said she was unprofessional??♀️ when he clearly is being unprofessional for yelling at a customer. He honestly should get written up or fired. The girl didn’t do anything wrong and didn’t deserve to be yelled at

Witnessed the manager yell at a teenage girl for her “unprofessional manner” for interacting with another teenage employee. I think the only unprofessional one here is the manager and he should be taken care of immediately. The poor girl was literally giving his store business and he still had the audacity to treat an individual like that, must have a miserable life.

Watched (who I assume was) the manager at the location upstairs scream at a customer in front of everyone for “distracting his worker”?? He called the young girl unprofessional. Didn’t think being a customer at a pretzel kiosk required professionalism. the pretzel stand MANAGER, however, should be more professional. Anyway, don’t go here unless you’re wearing your fancy pants and are okay with mediocre pretzels.
