Honest review.
It's alright.
Not the best but tolerable.
Most of the staff is bilingual so that's a plus. (Spanish)
But the quality of food seems to jump around.
Inconsistent quality is the biggest issue here.

I was trying to be an employee here, and was scheduled for a interview, but the general manager, Monique never responded back nor had the decency to even explain herself. The workers there look like they been treated poorly. I would avoid this location at all costs, if you wanna be an employee here

We waited in line for over 30 minutes and we never got to order our lemonade. There were 2 young girls working and they were barely doing any work, and everytime they walked by the cash register they avoided eye contact and didn't even let us order. They also kept going to the back and staying there. Several people left and it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a "fast" food place.

I didn't get a chance to try out the pretzels. It was about 1:00 pm in the afternoon on a Sunday and they had nothing ready. Customer Service was bad the cashier said they were open but they had nothing ready.

I was trying to be an employee here. However, everytime I tried, the manager Monique changed the date on me. Both the times that she arranged dates, she was not there. I was extremely aggravated and annoyed. She seemed nice but clearly she is not doing her job. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me that she was not there or there was a change of plans. I felt bad for the employees there cause they seem stressed everytime I had to ask for her, they either didn’t know or told me she left.

We want today around lunch time and they had nothing besides pretzel bites and 2 cups of the mini pretzel dogs. It was odd around lunch time they had nothing prepared. I opted for the mini dogs and cheese. The associate that helped was not friendly at all. Secondly, the mini pretzel dogs weren’t even cooked all the way. Unfortunately we were on our way out and had eaten a few and had to toss the rest so I couldn’t even go back to ask for a refund. We had maybe 3 when we noticed the texture was different. Someone could have gotten sick, my toddler had 2 so if he ends up sick I’ll know why, this is a big health problem, eating raw uncooked dough. I don’t recommend this location at all, as you can see with all the other poor reviews. You guys need to get this location figured out before someone gets really sick from consuming uncooked dough.

I did not see the menu of all the food options. I asked the person at the register which was the sweet pretzel. She gave me all on the list that they had made. At the end she said sweet almond with a 10 minute wait. Then I had to choose a tip amount. Too bad. The mall looks like it’s holding its own. Too bad for the rotten egg or pretzel in this case. The owner who made the fresh pretzel put it in a nice bag and reminded me to take napkins. Stop asking for a tip when there is no service to table
