really really bad Customer SERVICE 😕 😒 they use to have happy fun energetic waiters all they have is ladies with bad additudes and horrible bad Customer SERVICE.. U tell the owner and all he says is OK .. I'll give big ups to the cooks though!! Good food!!

I attempted to eat at this breakfast restaurant recently, but my experience left me disappointed. Upon entering, I noticed two young ladies at the front. One was on her phone, while the other made eye contact with me but did not greet me. After I said "hello" twice, she finally responded, which made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable right away. Despite my hesitation, I decided to stay and dine in but after being seated, I quickly realized I wasn't comfortable with the atmosphere and chose to leave. As I exited, the staff member on her phone rudely asked if I would be returning, and her tone solidified my decision not to. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it based on this experience.

I order my food through Uber eats.the had browns tasted old and liter has a stale flavor to them. The biscuits and gravy and all of the meat (sausage, ham and bacon) wetr dried out and not good at all. Extremely disappointed and I can't even eat this food as the only someone descent thing was the pancake.

The food and service was great. I had the Denver Skillet. You also get a choice of toast, or a large pancake, to go with it. The cost was about $12
This place was a pleasant surprise. The Greek pork chops were amazing and they support the military.

Very bad experience. Ordered an omelet and pointed to it on the menu for the waitress. Also pointed to the sides to clarify. Ordered an Orange juice, but it did not come. I was asked if I wanted water and I again asked for a orange juice. I was brought a. Orange Soda. Finally got the waitress to understand I wanted orange juice. My Hungry Jack omelet was rung up as a Hungry man breakfast, so I received that, but again clarified that I wanted an omelet. The Manager had to come confirm my order. When the omelet arived, it was uncooked I the middle with runny raw egg. They also charged for fresh squeezed OJ that had no pulp and tasted like canned. Even though they took the omelet off my check, I will not return. Go to Skillet instead. Better service and food.

I don't know what happened, but Aurora pancake house terrible my food was cold, my orange juice was warm, and my eggs with cheese were burnt. I used to love this place, it official I will never go back and I don't recommend it
