The food here is good and the service is fast. However, the restaurant needs a total makeover. The booths look like they came from an abandoned building, with peeling and torn leather. The bathroom is not usable. They have an extensive menu with many posters illustrating their offerings, but some are torn and missing descriptions. Having said all this, I would return to this place. There is nothing like it, and the food is good.

Tonight was my boyfriend's and my usual date night out of town, with a movie & food, but tonight we caught a late movie. We were worried we would find nothing but your typical McDonald's & the such, but stumbled upon Baba's and I'm glad we did. The woman running the counter was very nice, and made some recommendations to me when I wasn't sure what to order. I ended up getting the large catfish filets (by her recommendation) and they were delicious!...

Nice Philly cheese steak sandwich. The only complaint is I was charged about 50 cents over the menu listed price, but that may be for using a card. If that's the case, I would have thought it would be shown separately.
