My daughter asked me how long Banana Split has been open. I can't remember it not being there. I am 45 and have lots of great memories going here. My daughter is 15 and also has similar memories. A great place to get an emotional support sundae. 🤣

This place is excellent. It gets better every day. I hadn't been there in months, but now I've been, and my banana splits have more portions of everything, much better. The guys are very friendly. I definitely recommend it. The ice cream is very soft and not too sweet.

New ownership is terrible. Still good but service is considerably slower than before
Edit; Did not appreciate the oddly passive aggressive response from the owner. I live very close to banana split and the old owner would come out on a cart to help assist taking orders during peak hours to help expedite things and help his staff, this new owner seems to only care about his feelings?

Decent ice cream. My only complaints: make sure that you fully close the lid before placing it into a bag. I had chocolate ice cream spilt everywhere. I had to throw away 3 dogwiches because they were soaked in it. Also, when you puncture a cup while blending either replace the cup or add a new one onto it so that doesn't leak as well.

This place is one of my favorites in the area. Even though the owners have changed the ice cream is still really good.
It’s absurd that under the new ownership, nothing is updated on the website such as hours of operation. Specially on the last day of the season you go based on what you are use to! Hopefully next season is a better experience! It always seems to happen, with new owners change comes for the worse!
