I got the oat milk strawberry strudel flavor and it was pretty good. I’m allergic to eggs and when I told the workers they were really nice about it. I’d recommend this place if you’re out with friends, it’s easy to walk with and who doesn’t like ice cream. Although I do wish they had more vegan options because I’m not a huge fan of fruity ice cream.

This place is to expensive, I cannot believe me and my friends had to pay $11.00 to get three scoops of ice cream. Do not go here for ice cream it is very expensive and the quality of the ice cream is not good. If you want a tub of ice cream that is better in quality, go to a Meijer or Walmart because they are cheaper and better that this place.

I'd give zero stars if I could just due to the extremely rude male clerk who thought he was dictator of the line. A family of 4 cut in front of me, I told lady I was in line and she apologized and went behind me and then the clerk proceeded to tell me that "he sets line" and for me to go to the end. I'll take my biz to the hundreds of other snack places in the mall.

Less then fresh coffee,long waits on many occasions,store is very dirty and employees are not friendly whatsoever,go to another Dunkin or starbucks avoid this one

I stopped here with my kids after we visited the Easter Bunny in the mall. I was hesitant because one of my kids has a couple food allergies. I saw that each flavor has their allergens labeled clearly. My next hesitation was cross contamination even though the allergens are labeled. The employee asked me if I had any questions and I asked about cross contamination. He asked me what allergens I wanted to avoid, I told him, and he immediately directed me to the flavors that would work. He also said he would go in the back to open a brand new tub and use newly sanitized utensils so we could be sure my child could eat without having an allergic reaction. I was so happy I almost cried. Having a child with food allergies can be hard to navigate while eating out and this type of interaction made our day. Thank you Baskin Robbins for taking the time to make sure my family could have a treat here safely. I will note, we came during the week around 2pm. There was no line and it was very slow in the food court in general.
Dunkin coffee here is a joke. Their iced coffee tastes extremely watered down. First time i ordered here, i thought it might have been a bad batch. But today was my second time here and it was the same. Don't bother. Ice cream is fine tho.

Texture was different than expected. I'm used to the smooth, uniform ice cream from cartons at the grocery store, but this stuff had a different texture, like tons of extra air pockets whipped into the ice cream at production. I'm not saying it was grainy or refrozen, but I've eaten at other Baskin Robins and never experienced (or noticed) the unusual texture. Mouth feel was no different. If I was blind-folded, I wouldn't have noticed.

This place has the best ice cream and Garfield is the nicest guy around. Always remembers us every time we go at Christmas. Everytime we go to fox valley we have to stop by and see him.

For an ice cream spot you would think these guys would be a little more cheerful. The manager at this place (name is Garfield) was beyond rude. Not only was this guy disrespectful and insulting to his customers but also to his employees. If you have kids or you are looking for a future job it is best to stay away from this location.
