Second location I went to today in search of the banana royale. This place does not have bananas nor do they have sundaes to sell. What is the point of being in business if you don’t have what’s on your menu. Very disappointed.
The food here is only sometimes fresh. This establishment also has lacking service. For example, the closing time is listed as 10pm. My family and I arrived and went inside at 9:50 and was told by the person at the register, “we are closed”. I said, “wow, it’s says 10pm”. We were there to order an ice cream scoop- so unlike most fast food establishments there is no long cooking process. Just an example of the lazy, non-customer friendly service you can receive here. Bypass if you can.

We arrived at the drive-thru promptly at 8:45pm, only to be told that they couldn't process our Baskin Robbins order due to their 9pm closing time. In response, we pointed out that it was merely 8:45pm. The attendant nonchalantly informed us that Baskin was closing early for cleaning, while Dunkin remained open. Unfortunately, this premature closure has occurred on multiple occasions in the past. Regrettably, the inconsistency in their operating hours has become a significant inconvenience for me. I find the unpredictability of their business hours to be quite discouraging. I'm disheartened by the decline in Baskin Robbins' customer service standards. As a result, this visit will mark my final time at this particular location. I kindly urge the management to update their business hours on Google to provide accurate information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I went recently with my extended family after dinner so we could get a sweat treat. I was extremely disappointed to see that got rid of all 3 of the non dairy Vegas ice cream they had. As someone who is lactose intolerant it was really nice to have actual ice cream from a shop. It was the only place I could walk in and get a dairy free ice cream in either salted Carmel, double chocolate, or cookie dough. This was really a treat because I could get normal ice cream shop treats like hot fudge and hot caramel Sundays. But on our last visit they did have those ones. The only non dairy frozen desserts they had where Daiquiri ice which was supposed to be lime flavored with a hint of rum but tasted more like a green apple seltzer water. But they did have a lemon sorbet that was good. My grandmother who was with us got a ice cream cone and the employees where so careless that they left a paper cone cove on the inside of her cone. So instead of eating the ice cream off her cone she had to squeeze it out of paper which was soggy and gross. Overall I was extremely disappointed and hope that they can fix this hot mess because if not me and my family will definitely not come back!
The young lady here was amazing. Very courteous and helpful!
Timing on google and on the door say till 11pm, however closed at 10.02. Wasted trip
I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday. It was what the kids wanted but it had to be White Sox! The owner had called me that there was a problem but I was unable to get back to her in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with their equipment down to satisfy a customer! It made my children happy to be able to pull off the theme they wanted for their dad’s birthday and he loved it!! Thank you so much for making everyone’s day so special!
Every time I go here I am unable to get what I ordered. I’m given so many excuses!!”Were deep cleaning our cases.” “We don’t have any ice cream” My personal favorite line was “our blenders are broken”. Really?? All of your blenders?? What a joke. It’s like the people in charge of the McDonald’s ice cream machine run this store. If you don’t have the product you shouldn’t be open for business. Wont ever be going back here. I would highly recommend anyone reading this chose another place to spend your money.
They are always out of something, no shakes, no this, no that, no bananas, no strawberies ....whenever I stop there something is out
Favorite Dunkin Donuts Around Here. Great Service !

This is a Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo standalone store. They sell quarts of ice cream, $6 or 2/$10.
Coffee was good, long wait in the drive thru.
I ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter's 10th birthday with her favorite BR ice cream flavor as well as the cupcake theme to match her birthday party. When I called the morning to pick up the cake, the workers didn't know what I was referring to even though I had an email confirmation of the order. Long story short, I did not get the cake I ordered and was beyond disappinted as my daugher was looking forward to her special cake. If you order a cake through this location, be sure to double and triple check your order with the employees.
First Dunkin I've ever been to which has all of my charging needs met. Very nice!
Iced coffee is always on point
