Asked for a milkshake and it was watery. Literally like just milk out of the fridge. Asked for a sundae, guy said he couldn’t make it cause they were out of banana split containers???? Hot fudge was not melted at all. Then he tried to hand me just ice cream with chunky fudge. I asked for whipped cream and peanuts and a cherry cause hello? It’s a sundae. He tells me they’re out of peanuts and cherries. Get it together if you’re going to run a poor excuse of a business. Also overpriced like no other.

Went to enjoy a favorite of mine. The Banana Royale. Drove 5 miles just for this. Well apparently they don’t have bananas nor hot fudge today.
How do you attempt running a business without the necessary ingredients. Very poorly run.

The front door and online says they are open till 10pm, but the doors were locked at 8:20pm. Staff and several customers were clearly inside, but they just waved us off.

Do NOT order a cake from here. I ordered online a week in advance. When we went to pick it up they tell us “5 minutes” we waited around for 30 minutes! They obviously were just now making the cake. Which whatever but the worse of all, the photo on the cake is GREEN! They claimed there is something wrong with the printer. SO WHY offer this service then? You clearly cannot do it correctly so don’t offer it especially for $42 on a 6’’ cake. ? learned my lesson, we will not be back.

constantly changing their hours. last week they updated and said they were open till 9:30 everyday today they have a sign on their drive thru that says they’re closed early. i go to check the website and now it’s back to 8:30. this location is so aggravating and what ice cream place closes at 8:30??
