Food is always amazing but the service is sometimes iffy. The older lady always is stressed and can be rude to customers. She simply seems annoyed at everyone and is not welcoming at all. I understand it’s fast paced but a simple smile and an understanding to those who don’t understand or need help can go a long way.

Our bagels were pretty good, but the store was so dirty it almost made me not want to eat my food. The floors and every table was filthy and the countertops behind the register were covered with personal clutter. It made me not want to imagine what the back looked like! We won’t be back, unfortunately.
