Food is always amazing but the service is sometimes iffy. The older lady always is stressed and can be rude to customers. She simply seems annoyed at everyone and is not welcoming at all. I understand it’s fast paced but a simple smile and an understanding to those who don’t understand or need help can go a long way.
This is not based on a recent journey back to Aurora-homeland or anything, just scrolling through maps to show places near to my home&heart and found this to be one of the top five places from teen years that I would most like to check in on and revisit if I could. Amazing Bagels and Amazing Staff. Highly recommend checking them out. So many different combinations of Bagels and cream cheese available. They make fresh bagels every day. 5 STARS!
