Great food & amazing service. First time here and definitely won't be the last!
Excellent food, great staff, and food arrives so quickly. Go to Bonchon!
If you love Korean fried chicken or are curious about trying it for the first time, Bonchon Aurora is the perfect place to go. We recently visited this location and were thoroughly impressed by everything—from the food to the service to the overall atmosphere. Bonchon delivers a flavorful, high-quality dining experience that stands out from other casual spots in the area.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and seated right away. The interior is clean, modern, and nicely laid out. It has a casual yet stylish vibe, making it a great place to hang out with friends, have a family dinner, or even do takeout if you’re in a rush. The music was upbeat but not too loud, and the environment was welcoming and relaxing.
Now, let’s talk about the food—because that’s what Bonchon is all about. We ordered a combo of wings and drumsticks with both Soy Garlic and Spicy flavors. The chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It’s honestly some of the best Korean fried chicken we’ve ever had. The soy garlic has a deep, savory-sweet flavor that keeps you reaching for another bite, while the spicy has a real kick without being overwhelming. It’s bold, flavorful, and lingers just enough to remind you it’s legit.
In addition to the chicken, we tried a few of their appetizers and sides. The takoyaki was hot and crispy on the outside and creamy inside with a drizzle of mayo and bonito flakes on top—just how it should be. The kimchi coleslaw was an unexpected but delicious twist, adding a tangy crunch to the meal. We also shared the bibimbap, which came out sizzling in a stone bowl and was absolutely loaded with fresh veggies, perfectly cooked rice, and tender beef. Once mixed together with gochujang, it was a fantastic balance of flavors and textures.
Service was great—our server was attentive, kind, and happy to answer our questions about the menu. The food came out quickly and hot, and we never felt rushed or ignored. It’s always refreshing to have a team that genuinely cares about your experience.
Another thing worth mentioning is how well they package everything for takeout. We’ve ordered Bonchon for pickup before, and everything always comes fresh, neatly packed, and still crispy—even after a drive home. That says a lot about their attention to quality.
Parking was easy, and the location is super convenient if you’re shopping or passing through the area. Plus, their online ordering system is smooth and reliable, which makes this a go-to for quick lunches or dinners on busy days.
Bonchon Aurora truly brings the flavors of Korea in a fun, accessible, and high-quality way. Whether you’re dining in or ordering out, you’re going to get consistent food and service. This is the kind of place that becomes a regular stop because you know exactly what you’re going to get—crispy, crave-worthy chicken and a menu that surprises you with depth beyond just wings.
We left full, happy, and already talking about what we want to try next time. Highly recommend the soy garlic wings, the spicy combo for heat lovers, and the bibimbap if you’re looking for a heartier option. Bonchon Aurora deserves all five stars and then some.
They close earlier than their posted hours.
The Chicken here was absolutely delicious, the Yang Yum Chicken Wings And Legs were the best thing I’ve ever tasted.
What’s there not to love!! Hands down one of the best chicken spots I love. Their Soy Garlic wing and drum combo is delicious and always consistenr I would also recommend the bulgogi fried rice.
Like Arnold said…… I’ll Be Back.
The service was horrible, however the food was great. There were 2 girls working tonight and the girl that took our order looked like she had better things to do then take our order. We ordered wings and said give us a min to order the rest of the food and she didn’t event come back, I asked the order girl if she would take our order after 30 mins and she was like yeah the waitress will come take it and then I could see the two girls on their phone and didn’t even look at us until I had to wave her down after 10 more mins and she came and was like oh actually our kitchen might be closed, let me check. I was about to loose it on them, however they were able to get our order in. This is very bad service!

We got our starters at the end and the main course at the beginning 😳
However we enjoyed the food.
First time here and the chicken wings was delicious!! I love the Korean flavors of sauce that was added! The sugar coated Korean donuts were yummy, hot with cinnamon/ sugar and cream for dipping!! Kids will love this! It is a bit noisy at night and kinda tight when it comes to seating but overall good food and I will be back!
Get the chicken!!!
Asked for a small order of boneless and was told they cannot put the sauce on the side because they use a lot of it for the chicken and there was no way. Then I asked for plain no sauce and apparently this is something they can offer. Then I was asked well would you like half with sauce and half without? Obviously not I want to dip the chicken what’s hard about pouring some sauce in a cup.
This is a great place to eat and the food is always good. The servers are nice and willing to answer questions. The prices aren't too bad and its always worth the wait.
