1st time trying this place in Des Plaines and I must say that the bumper fries, bumper chicago style hotdog, chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce which was great paired together and the bumper burger was all amazing 😋 👌 Definitely a must try🙌 I also like that it's all Halal meat so it's never frozen always fresh ❤️

Low rating only due to the poor behavior from an employee tonight and the last few times I’ve been here has had a bit of an attitude for no reason. 1st time was in the restaurant and the second time was at drive thru. Gotta say, the burgers are good but I can go to Chi Tea too and not deal with the attitude or lack of common sense.
I wish I could give this place no stars. THE SERVICE HERE INSIDE AND DRIVE THRU SUCK. You wait 20 min in drive thru just for them to take your order and ignore you when at the window. So not worth it or the money. They have no sense of urgency or respect for anyone who’s not of their race it’s a joke.
I went back a second time to try them again pulled through drive thru and was told to wait I waited 15 min backed out and went inside to then have 3 calls answered before me while the drive thru person who was there for 30 min is still there..

This location in Aurora is far better than the one in Lombard. Everything here was fresh and flavorful—easily worth the 40-minute drive if I’m ever craving a burger!
That said, don’t go in expecting top-notch customer service. While the food is great, the service can sometimes make me hesitate to order from here.
Overall, the quality of the food makes up for it, and I’ll definitely be back for another visit!
The burger and seasoned fries were fantastic! I got the double and added mushrooms, my daughters got the kids size burger and the chicken fingers. The burgers were fresh and juicy and the tenders were massive.
The decor is simple and rather plaine but works in the space. Now the bathroom was a different story, it was very well done. It was refreshing to actually go into a public washroom that didn't smell like "yellow ice" or urinal pucks.
The only downside was they don't have iced tea. I don't drink pop and it was a let down so I just watered down the lemonade.
I would get burgers and seasoned fries from here again.
The burger was average and the fries were decent. The seasoned fries were better than the regular ones. Their online menu is different than their drive thru menu so be ware.
Tried the $5 deal and it was good. Would say that it's a notch above most fast food burgers. And they have real good fries, which is saying a lot as I'm generally not a frie guy
