Just a little safety issue. The girl that just took care of me processed my credit card and did all of that with gloves on and then went to filling up food containers with the same gloves. hmmmmmm

Arrived right when they open at 11 so no line. Took around 5mins to get order. Burger was good, ordered seasoned fries but was given normal unsalted fries

1st time trying this place in Des Plaines and I must say that the bumper fries, bumper chicago style hotdog, chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce which was great paired together and the bumper burger was all amazing 😋 👌 Definitely a must try🙌 I also like that it's all Halal meat so it's never frozen always fresh ❤️

The burgers were so greasy we had to wipe them with a napkin The season fries were the worst I’ve ever eaten We will never eat there again Aurora store Wouldn’t feed this food to my dog

Low rating only due to the poor behavior from an employee tonight and the last few times I’ve been here has had a bit of an attitude for no reason. 1st time was in the restaurant and the second time was at drive thru. Gotta say, the burgers are good but I can go to Chi Tea too and not deal with the attitude or lack of common sense.
I wish I could give this place no stars. THE SERVICE HERE INSIDE AND DRIVE THRU SUCK. You wait 20 min in drive thru just for them to take your order and ignore you when at the window. So not worth it or the money. They have no sense of urgency or respect for anyone who’s not of their race it’s a joke.
I went back a second time to try them again pulled through drive thru and was told to wait I waited 15 min backed out and went inside to then have 3 calls answered before me while the drive thru person who was there for 30 min is still there..
