it's a shame to say that this bumper to burger chain is selling haram to all Muslims cuz they lie to customers that they're selling halal burgers infact they're buying from us foods an American food supplier who doesn't sell any thing halal they just paid the fee to get halal certification.(questionable)
their employees don't respect or treat customers right nor they respect someone religion and the employees lie about their vegetarian product known as beyond burger which is made of beef and they sell as vegetarian burger option and today I brought a non Muslim friend to try a vegetarian burger at bumper 2 burger Lombard IL on main Street and I specifically asked about the vegetarian burger and the employee said yes they have the burger called beyond the burger option which is vegetarian but when tasted this burger it was beef burger with vegetables in it when I confronted the employees they accepted that the burger is just like beef burger but taste like veggie burger. I said that they lie to us about this just to sell this burger and one of the employees was laughing making fun of my non Muslim friend which is an insult to me and to my friends religion this matter will be reported to the franchise on Monday morning and I request all Muslims to be careful and before going to this place plz check the authentication of the halal certification cuz any one can pay the fee and get a certificate.
I'm not going to stop here cuz their employees lie & insulted to my friend and his religion by serving him this wrong burger. if I have to bring this to the media attention then I will definitely.
bumper 2 burger franchise will be notified Monday morning and this is a Matter of humiliation and disrespect to customers.

They kept the A/C off in the summer. It was either 81 or 87 degrees inside according to their thermostat, which was locked behind a clear plastic case.

Just a little safety issue. The girl that just took care of me processed my credit card and did all of that with gloves on and then went to filling up food containers with the same gloves. hmmmmmm

Arrived right when they open at 11 so no line. Took around 5mins to get order. Burger was good, ordered seasoned fries but was given normal unsalted fries

1st time trying this place in Des Plaines and I must say that the bumper fries, bumper chicago style hotdog, chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce which was great paired together and the bumper burger was all amazing 😋 👌 Definitely a must try🙌 I also like that it's all Halal meat so it's never frozen always fresh ❤️
