I ordered food from location at around 10 PM and my delivery driver had to wait 15 minutes beyond delivery time for the food. When we was able to drop it off, I received a smashed burger patty with no bun and condiments scattered across the box, an incorrect drink, and stale, cold fries. I've never experienced service like this from this location but it's definitely made me reconsider from which location I order from.

This is the second time I am missing food, at New York St. location. I called back to notified what I was missing and manager was really rude and with bad attitude really bad customer service. Just trying to get what I paid for or my money back. I will definitely think twice before going there again is their way not have it your way! (Drive thru service)

Got a Whopper with cheese it seemed like it had been sitting there too long I was so frustrated I did not go back and return it the fries were hot and salty and tasted good it was really upset about the burger they are kind of expensive these days and I couldn't eat it I just threw it away.

Someone at this location stole my debit card info and took money out. I have file a report with my bank and authorities. Sad that I can’t even go buy a burger without getting my money stolen.
