I've been coming to this location on and off. There is a woman who I believe to be the morning manager. She is always very polite and pleasant when treated through the drive through.

Wonder at times how places stay in business. Lived across the street from this location for 10 years and never have had good service here. Could be no cars in the drive thru and takes 20 mins. Could be 5 cars like today and it’s over 30 mins.
I visit it maybe 3 times a year in hopes it gets better… guess not this time.

Every time I come here it’s never busy and it always takes forever. There will be only one car in the drive thru line and myself and I’ll be here forever waiting like I am now. When you pull up to the speaker in the drive thru they don’t even acknowledge you’re there until you say hello and then you’re still waiting. They operate as if one person is working in the entire building. They never put salt on my fries either and I never said no salt on them. Just close down if you don’t have enough employees cause the wait makes me go else where.

Placed order online as I thought that would be better, pulled up to the drive thru and was told "one moment" at the drive thru box and waited 10mins ish, long enough for the person behind me to get fed up, reverse, and go in. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left at this point. Went inside, waited another 15-20, 30 total for the whole experience just to have my burger made wrong, microwaved chicken fries - soggy and gross, cold fries, and no sauce. So disappointed and still hungry because the food was too gross to eat. Done with this spot. They are understaffed and just bad all around.

Very clean inside. The food was fresh and they got my order 100% right. That’s a shocker bc I always usually receive bad service at burger kings that I go to. But not this one! The cashier was very friendly as well. Sorry it’s not a good picture but it tastes delicious

A few days ago i tried ordering two bacon melts and onion rings and a drink, my total came up to 18.22 and I paid , the women behind the counter told me that they're out of small meats so I cancelled my order , she told me she'll refund me directly on my card which is what I used to pay with my order, a few days pass and I still havent been refunded via debit card
