Manager is extremely rude. Always ask to pull to handicap spot when making a drive-thru order. Wait more than 10 minutes. Never visiting this location again. Prefer to drive 10 minutes to another location or go to Mcdonalds across the street.

The manager always has a bad attitude when I use the drive thru, but today I decided to dine in and I could hear him telling one of the employees in Spanish that he was a good for nothing and not using common sense and verbally abusing him in front of the customers and the rest of the employees. He was also xenophobic with the same employee as he yelled at him and said terrible things about the employee's country.

This is literally the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They made my order wrong, and the bread was dry and fell apart. I called in to let them know, so they said to just mention it next time I come in and they would make it right. I went in to get my order done right and they argued with me the whole time, trying to get me to prove that somebody told me they would replace the meal.

The main reason why I hate to visite this burger King is that the guy that supposedly have to be nice since he is a manager is always in the worse mode and that's sad + he is so rude

Impossible burgers aren't bad. Prob wouldn't be able to tell the difference in a taste test.

Came here 11/11/24 around noon and the chubby kid who looks like the kid from the Costco guys just with curly hair isn't the brightest person to order with. Kid repeats your order like he's nervous and will still ring up the wrong thing which isn't the cooks fault in the back they're going by what the kid rung up. He's gonna make unnecessary bad customer service/money loss.

I understand it gets busy during lunch time and mix ups happen but to have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes to get my order is unacceptable. I was patient the first time but it’s ridiculous when my half hour lunch passes by and no priority is put into previous orders.

Just had some of the best coffee I've ever had. Can't believe more people haven't said how good their coffee is. The breakfast sandwich was way better then what McDonald's sells. Give Burger King a try in the morning rush to work.
