My final negative experience here took place on 09/23/25 at 1:50PM. I never posted a review but really felt this time it was appropriate. I love burger king but this location particularly has very poor customer service. I also notice some of the younger employees are incredibily rude and I hate to bring attention to it, but they treat my black co worker ever worse than I. They never respond or communicate with him about his order or the amount hes due. We used to go every week for lunch but today was the final straw. You would think a local place you give money to would treat you better, especially when you work across the street. Very disappointed.

4/22/25 1050pm at night for managers reference. This place has constantly messed up our order, workers had attitude or something else. This night, no cars were in line & worker said to wait a moment before saying anything. 5 minutes passed an no one came back to the mic. Passed by the windows & no one was there. Night shift has always had some issue every other time we come here. Won't be coming back to this one anymore

Bout 2 Years ago my review was 1 star but been giving this place more chances and have gotten alot better. I always use the mobile app or coupons in the mail so I can afford to eat at BK. Only downside is I don't think they open at 6am. I've been here couple times at 6am to eat before work myself but this place is always deserted so not sure what they actually open up. Also if you got kids this is a good place to let them run around during winter or super hot days.

Ordered three items through the app. They didn't have my order ready when they said they would even though there didn't seem to be any other customers. Appeared to be severely understaffed. Food was as expected but there was a good deal for it online.

upon arrival I was told to wait just a moment,I sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes and gave up nobody ever came back to the speaker to take my order

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED from past reviews. Things must have changed! This was my first time here and I was impressed with staff member Amey and manger was very nice. Kept up cleanliness as I noticed Amey staff member step away during slow time to clean play area and Dining including bathroom was very clean. My son enjoyed the play area which is bigger than other locations and food tasted great. I will definitely be coming here again. Hopefully other customers noticing this change and post 5 star reviews.
