Extremely slow service. I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru menu before anyone responded. After ordering two Impossible Whoppers, I received only one and was asked to park and wait. After more than 20 minutes, no one came out. When I went inside, I was told they had forgotten my order. Very frustrating experience. Not coming back at this location again.

My final negative experience here took place on 09/23/25 at 1:50PM. I never posted a review but really felt this time it was appropriate. I love burger king but this location particularly has very poor customer service. I also notice some of the younger employees are incredibily rude and I hate to bring attention to it, but they treat my black co worker ever worse than I. They never respond or communicate with him about his order or the amount hes due. We used to go every week for lunch but today was the final straw. You would think a local place you give money to would treat you better, especially when you work across the street. Very disappointed.

I ordered chicken wrap Chicken was raw Not well cooked and wrap also cold I
4/22/25 1050pm at night for managers reference. This place has constantly messed up our order, workers had attitude or something else. This night, no cars were in line & worker said to wait a moment before saying anything. 5 minutes passed an no one came back to the mic. Passed by the windows & no one was there. Night shift has always had some issue every other time we come here. Won't be coming back to this one anymore
