Evelyn is the literal sweetest person ever, as a server she is fantastic, but just as a human being, she shines, if you even tried to be in a bad mood around her, it wouldn’t work. If me and my fiancee didn’t have a reason to go to chilis, we would find one just to see her again.

Just wanted to share that our waitress Evelyn was the most amazing server we’ve had anywhere for a very long time and we eat out a lot. I was there with my wife, kids, and nephew today around 2pm and I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with her service. She was sweet, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. So nice to see someone have so much pride in what she does. Don’t see that much these days. I hope Chilis acknowledges her and rewards her for being an excellent employee. Thank you

I came to dine in with a friend on Saturday Feb 1st, we sat at the bar close to the kitchen, we couldn’t enjoy our meal caused by a disturbance, we kept hearing a lady yelling from the kitchen to an employee. We asked one of the employees what had happened and was told the manager named Flavia yelled at one of the employees, which I think was unnecessary to yell at anyone that loud to the point where us customers could hear it. The manager should know better. Employees should be treated with respect by management. Very unacceptable and concerning.

Food was decent, I was sitting by the bar with a friend close to where the kitchen is and we start hearing very loud yelling like an absolute lunatic. It was a manager yelling at a line cook and a worker. People looked very concerned and I asked one of the workers what the name of that manager was and I believe they said her name was Flavia. Nobody deserves to get yelled at like that and it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for my friend and I but also for a lot of other customers that were dining. We got up and left minutes later because we lost our appetite. This happened on Saturday, February 1st.
I want to start by saying big thanks to our Server Jaz and the kitchen staff…ordered an order and it had beans on the side and I asked them to make extra rice instead of beans since beans may have pork in it and we do t eat pork…beans were still brought to us by mistake by another server…I told them I did mention no beans and when beans were taken off the plate it already spilled and touch the food so I asked if the food can be changed too and our server acted quickly and apologized for the misunderstanding and also mentioned that since you guys don’t eat pork I let the kitchen know and they said they will have to make the whole meal from the scratch using a different sauce because not only the beans had pork and also the fajitas had a sauce that had a pork in it…it is very honest and nice of them saying it to us…so thank you Jazz and kitchen staff for you’re honesty and professionalism…..always fast and nice servise…love their lava cake also🥰🥰🥰

This is the worst Chilis I have been too. First almost 30 minutes to get soup then my grandson gets his food literally right after bring the soup. Steaks were not cooked properly. Granddaughters fries were cold. Then took forever to get refills. Yes we did get an apology from the manager and he took some money off our bill. Literally our family dinner was such a bad experience.
