This is my first time here, and I really enjoyed the meal. The food was great, and the girl was very friendly and nice. My only small suggestion is that one male staff spoke a bit too loudly, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Anyway, it’s a nice place, and I hope the dining experience can be even better.

Food below average for such places, but pricing is absolutely shameless. Two-entree meal with two small veggie eggrolls and a cup of pepsi cost me $20.60. But the put me too little rice. When I asked for an additional rice, they charged me $6.59 for a small cup (see the photo). Terrible impudence! Never again.

I'm glad I opted in for something else. There's live birds inside the food court and I saw them go into the food trays as the two female employees laughed as they were on their phones. No action was taken on their behalf and I'm sure the food was not thrown out.

As a customer service specialist and trainer, this experience left me quite unimpressed. Black pepper chicken is sweet and not peppery at all. The female rep seemed to only want to scoop the smallest, burnt pieces of food for my to go box. While leaving , saw the rep rexting behind the counter and not sure if hands were washed when I got my food. Felt like I should have just bypassed this store and spent my money where it could be appreciated.

The black pepper chicken tasted horrible, same with the orange chicken. The black pepper chicken was pure sugar, and the orange chicken had a very weird taste. Overall it was not a pleasant place to be at. Would not recommend.
