I can't understand why this place is so busy all the time. When I order through the app for pick up the order is usually wrong, and the portions are small. Food is always cold, yet never ready when promised, which doesn't make sense. The parking lot is small and always full too. Avoiding this location forever.

Hands down the worst location…food was literally inedible and I rarely complain. Rice AND beans were so hard, meaning they weren’t cooked. Then the sofritas was over cooked, so dry and hard. I give everyone grace, however at the end of the day we are still spending money so we deserve to have good food. Chipotle is too expensive to just throw away because nothing is edible

first time and last coming to this location do not recommend, trash cans were overflowing , place looked messy took forever to make my food did not honor my coupon although I showed it to them they had ran out of chicken and put SCRAPS of chicken in my bowl. tables were not clean had scraps chairs were everywhere. Workers were just standing there. Took it to go so I wouldn’t get disgusted.

This location has disappointed me for the last time. The staff are rude and seriously need an attitude check. It doesn’t matter how nice you are, they will roll their eyes at you and give you attitude regardless. They skimp out on the meat, never have the fajita veggies available, and their food has made me sick not just once, but multiple times. Today was my breaking point and I had to say something. I requested sour cream on my bowl and the kid who was making it LITERALLY dumped sour cream/water right on top of it and proceeded to box up my order. This is how it looks. I’m never coming here again!!!

The experience here was terrible, you have 3 employees standing around looking at the line forming in the back room and they just stare at you making one guy do everything, then the one guy was touching everything, handing money touching pens all with the same gloves on. Someone is going to end up getting sick eating here

Today I went they were out of Chicken and Steak, another time they were out of chips and they never have vinaigrette. Staff seems nice but seems like there’s not enough of them.
