I went to this "establishment" on a Monday afternoon. To my surprise, it was a direct reflection of its current 3.6 rating. They were out of everything that's even worth eating there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I proceed to ask for the guac (yes I know it's extra) only to receive the smallest serving. Again, I was trying my best to be understanding. My burrito bowl and a drink cost $19.31 U.S. DOLLARS. I was flabbergasted. It would have been one thing to actually receive a decent meal, but to pay almost $20 for some mediocre food hurt me in ways I never expected. I could have went next door to the Chilis and got a 3 for me and a margarita for less! Wait until DOGE hears about this.

They never have white rice. They only make it for online order but not for regular walk-in customers. Will not be visiting for as long as I live near this store. Avoid.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. The staff, including the managers, are extremely unprofessional. There will be a long line of customers waiting, and instead of working, the employees are in the back chit-chatting. More than half the time, they don’t even have the food ready—there’s always something missing, whether it’s fajitas or other key ingredients.
Today, they made me wait 15 minutes just for fajitas, only to charge me extra for them, even though it’s a topping that comes with the bowl when requested. When I tried to explain this to the manager, he was disrespectful and dismissive, telling me, “I will not go back and forth with you,” instead of listening and correcting the issue.
I ended up just paying and leaving, but it’s not about the money—it’s about basic customer service. Customers should be treated with respect, and the food should be ready when people are coming in. This place has zero professionalism, and it’s frustrating to see such poor management and lack of organization. Avoid this location if you actually want a decent experience.

The worker on February 15th, at 5:00 who was working on service was the worst experience at chipotle in my life, never in my 18 years of living have I experienced bad chipotle. The Carnitas were watery, they ran out of black beans, and the rice tasted like pebbles. Be better chipotle, be better.

As a customer, don't bother eating or applying here. Management will act interested and then be cold and short with you when you call the store and ask when your start date is. Need better manners when talking to people who call the store - wastes your time and unprofessional
I’ve given this place multiple chances over the years. Continually disappoints. You should never order online. They’re usually out of ingredients and don’t even tell you and your food will most likely be ice cold. This is not a one off; I’ve been going here sporadically for almost 5 years. The staff are usually nice, but that doesn’t make up for cold, incomplete fast food at sit-down restaurant prices.

So portions have definitely gotten smaller but lets talk about the service of the place. Who ever is hiring newer crew they’ve had the last couple years or so needs to be observing their crew a little closer because they have a couple they need to get rid off. The employees there now are so incredibly rude! One Especially, she’s there ever time I come and is the rudest person I have ever come in contact in any customer service. They act like customers are annoying them by even being there. Employee's barely look up at you, while tossing food into the bag. Just about tripped over a metal part from the drink fountain area that was on the floor. Ice and water all over the floor and the counter. I am a retail manager so I understand the frustration you can get working with people but when a customer (me) are smiling and repeating “please & thank you” over again, in hopes that maybe it would help your mood, but doesn’t and I still get an “annoyed behavior” from the employee. Then I think it’s time for some new employees

This is the guacamole I got with my order today... not only is the container half full but it looks brown, Old and disgusting. What baffles me is the staff that is scooping this up have eyes and you still serve this garbage? I paid for this and can't even eat it. Staff is clearly careless which reflects on the manager too.

Not sure if there’s a new manager/management but I thought I was crazy and checked the reviews and glad I’m not the only one 😭. Our bowls used to be filled up so well and had weight. Now they were light and there’s so much space and rarely any lettuce. (Our bowls are salads by the way). I used to work in fast food so I understand things change but this is not it.

Had a blast
Visited on 12/11/24 at around 1:30PM they had no meat out and tried to give me undercooked steak, the gentleman handling customers food seemed like he didn’t really know what was going on. The cashier kept leaving her post to talk to people in the lobby…. I’ll be shocked if I don’t get sick from this. I’ll never come back here.
The line is so dirty 9 out of 10 times I have been here. The food is alright but portions have been getting worse and I don't like having my burrito dragged through the mess on the line. Honestly this is my last time ever going here and I will tell others to avoid Chipotle all together. We need a Qdoba in this area.
