Often gets orders wrong. Sometimes serves the honey chipotle chicken when the regular chicken is ordered. Fajita veggies are sometimes raw. Often have to wait extra time for online pickup orders even when restaurant is empty. Go to a different location.

Go literally ANYWHERE else but here. Or better yet just buy some chicken, veggies and salsa at the grocery store.
There’s also a Popeyes nearby that surprisingly has better service and food.
We ordered the build your own for delivery, but what could go wrong! I reeeally wish I read the reviews before ordering. 😩
Food was completely wrong for $95, 0/10 would recommend. We received food in cups and one paper plate instead of large plastic containers for the “build your own.” For instance, we received barely a cup of rice and beans when we were supposed to get like 6-8x that.
There was less than half a cup of chicken found in the entire bag. The leftover chicken and beans spilled in the bottom of the bag. The driver never handed it off, we were seconds from opening the door when they pulled up and they just dropped the bag on the ground and left.
When driving to the location I realized this was the location my fiancé and I said we would never go to again because one day we walked in, saw that the food spread was a complete mess and we walked out.
We had to drive up to Chipotle to show them the contents of the bag and the manager was nice and remade the order but offered an extra bag of completely inedible stale chips to make up for it. And ultimately still forgot one of the small containers of corn the meal comes with. Would never come back to this restaurant or Chipotle probably ever. Waste of time, money and tastebuds.

First time trying this place and the last. This place throws all the food on a burrito wrap and serves it cold I was not impressed I was expecting the burrito to be hot not cold.
Terrible service. Did an online order, and arrived on time to pick it up. Order was not ready when it was supposed to be. Employee looked at the receipt and inside the bag, handed it to me and said it was good. I immediately opened the bag and found it was not “good”, as my chips were missing. I found out later my other order was missing half the toppings that were ordered. When I looked up the employee immediately started talking to a co-worker as to ignore me. They knew and were fine letting me leave without the order I paid for. When I finally get the attention on another employee they point to some small sticker behind the counter and say I have to call them. No concern, no cares. This place is a rip off LITERALLY !!!!!! Stay away.
