I've never felt inclined to leave a good review for any of the 100's of Chipotles I've been to until today! The staff were super nice and helpful... way more than any other location I've been to, and the ingredients were super fresh. I'll only be going to this location from now on š

No lie had the worst case of food poisoning in my life Friday 1/30/26 whoever was working at the end of the night turned off the heaters to early and I have 5 in my family only 2 of us got chipotle this night, about 4am me and my other family member is that ate at this location started vomiting and became extremely ill this lasted for all day Saturday and then Sunday and Monday it was coming out the other end all day, this is not a joke I tried to call corporate and they basically laughed at me and kept me on hold, itās Tuesday night and Iām just starting to feel better, Iām 32 been eating chipotle since it first came out, I donāt think I can physically look at that food ever again so getting sick, it was this location on rt 59

I usually donāt write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for the sake of strict vegetarians like myself. This experience was beyond disheartening and incredibly frustrating. Today, I ordered a veggie bowl to go, and halfway through my meal I was shocked and angry to discover a piece of beef in it. This is completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. It shows a serious lack of care and ruined my entire experience.

This store made my meal incorrectly TWO times in the same evening! Had to make 2 trips there. After the second mess up I called the store but was unable to contact that store. Instead I was routed to online ācustomer serviceā. That is a complete lie! You canāt get in touch with anyone. They send you through a maze of computer, bot, or the phone without any human contact. After 20 minutes I got in touch with a ācustomer careā person. Thatās was a joke. They couldnāt help me. SHOCKING!!!! To be clear. This review is concerning the store In Aurora, IL on route 59. Btw this app does not even allow you to give no stars which is what this Chipotle deserves!

The food is what it is, good. The place was relatively dirty and one of the vile girls behind the counter kept dropping the F word and there were no less than 5 kids in the restaurant.
This was in 12/19/25 at about 4:45pm. Management should look into the incident as this type of behavior is completely unacceptable
Itās pretty annoying to receive an order with barely more than a few bites and also putting wrong ingredients in bowls. Especially when you pay so much money

I go to this location at least once a week and I cannot say enough good things. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and very organized. I would also like to shoutout Raoul. He always greets me with a smile & clearly runs this location very well. Could not recommend this location enough!
