looking at the other reviews, i dont know if the management is telling these employees to be petty and stingy on purpose cause if they are, they are doing a great job at having their employees SUCK. the last time i was here some white guy with short dark blond/almost brown hair heard towards the end of my order i wanted my lettuce,guac and cheese he rolled his eyes and gave me the wrong order. But this time i came in, same guy, and some hispanic guy with dark hair, glasses and a beard, where already annoyed and gave me the tiniest portions known to man and i paid almost $40 for two bowls that combined where the size of one,BARELY. It seemed disrespectful too because me and the person i was with where nothing but kind to them and they met us with a pathetic, childish and rude attitude the only two times we've been there.

As with others, I too had issues with the portion sizes at this location. I ordered a veggie bowl and the amount of beans, lettuce and some other ingredients was disappointing. I prefer other locations, but went to this one since I was in the area.

The so called GM at this place is ridiculous! Had limes in the back but wouldn’t give me any! Told me to go across the street to Meijer and buy one for .30. It’s not about paying for it, I would have happily paid! Terrible customer service. Will not return to this location. Chipotle do better picking the people who are representing your brand! This GM is ruining your reputation and driving your customers away!

AVOID THIS LOCATION, especially if you have a food allergy!!!! I’ve had Celiac for 7 years and Chipotle has always been a safe go-to because of their food allergy training and process when someone explains their allergy. As one of the only public places safe for me to eat, I frequent Chipotle. This is the first time in my 7 years that I’ve been given crap for asking them to prepare my bowl with the allergy measures in place. I’m not sure why the eye rolls and attitude, but I kindly explained that normally, they wash hands, put on fresh gloves, wipe down the line, swap the spoons of the items I’m getting, get the shredded cheese from a fresh tub that hasn’t been touched yet, and the same person follows down the whole line to prepare the bowl. Today this was an issue to the point where the lady preparing my bowl, and one of the chefs were both saying that they didn’t have to do that. I explained I’ve been coming to chipotle for all of the years of my allergy and no other location or person has ever given me grief for taking these precautionary measures due to my allergy. I’m not sure what the issue is here but apparently they all need to retake the food safety training on allergies and take their jobs a little more seriously. If the customer is simply asking for some spoons to be swapped and for a little extra attention on their bowl, ESPECIALLY after explaining it is due to a food allergy, it should NOT be this big of an issue. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I was absolutely fuming by the time I was leaving, and will not be returning to this location.

This is the closest Chipotle to my house but rather go to the one on Eola. I came today because I was starving and it was on the way home. Regret it 100%. Walked out because it was such a pain asking for more lettuce and cheese. I went to the Eola one and they gave me DOUBLE what this one was offering. Service here is not good and refuse to go back after many horrible experiences here. Please watch your portion they're very stingy here. Chipotle prices are too high for this type of service.

I know Chipotle took a lot of heat for skimping on portions and their CEO denied it, but c’mon! I asked for extra rice and this is my finished bowl. This is pathetic for the price. I don’t expect healing piles of rice and protein, but Chipotle should be embarrassed for serving this. It also had to pass by two employees, of which neither said anything about how light it was.
The night manager at 848 IL-59 S Naperville, IL, chipotle. GOT RUDE, LOUD AND ABRASIVE WHEN I asked for extra salsa. He tried to charge me and when challenged he got louder trying to embrace me publicly. So unprofessional me when I corrected him on the policy and the made up fake charge.
This night manager should be held accountable for his mistreatment and repay extra charges.

Chipotle on Rt 59 has a convenient location, but the quality of your meal often depends on the staff serving it. Portions can be inconsistent, ranging from overly generous dollops (like a spatula full of sour cream) to tiny, uneven scoops of protein. A bit more balance would go a long way in improving the experience.
