Too many staff members behind the counter and not keeping the eating area clean. Food was sub-par, portions were small, and the food didn't look too enticing. Need to have better attitude for a better experience.

Don’t order from here unless you like burnt chips. Every time I have ordered chips from this location for the past year that I have lived here, they have been burnt. Brittle and literally the same color as the bag they come in. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve complained countless times and have never gotten compensation or a response other than “Sorry, thanks for letting us know”. Go to another location because clearly the employees/management here are incompetent and should be fired. I’ve never had this issue at any other Chipotle.

Amazing chipotle. Not the closest one to me but they're very kind and give you a great amount without having to ask for extra. I take the extra drive. I was extra happy today because another chipotle left me crushed after how stressful it was. This one just had a different atmosphere. I always leave happy.

Whoever makes the guacamole here does not know how to make guacamole. Every time I come here there’s always parts of the pit, the skin, and even the avocado sticker in the guac. The texture is also grainy and it could use a pinch more of salt. Please get someone new to make the guac. Also stop slapping the food together. Please present it in a nice way.

This is the 2nd time I have visited this restaurant in a week. The first time the steak was a bit tough and very chewy. The second time I got the babacoa (shredded beef) and it was a little dry and in huge chunks. They put very little lettuce on the bowl. Not sure what's going on here. The food was never like this in the past at this location.
