The name of the taqueria is now Los Cuates. The burritos are amazing. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. Whenever chance has it, coming here again for lunch when in Aurora.

Great service.The quesabirrias (birria quesadillas) are spot on. Especially the goat ones. Also would recommend the fried shredded beef tacos.I recommend the deshebrada tacos and the goat quesa-birrias.

This place has fallen apart since it changed ownership. Before it was just Taquería Guadalajara and now it is Cholulas Kitchen and Taquería Guadalajara. It has almost no clientele anymore. It is understood that everything has gone up in price but the portions of food at least have been left the same. They give pure broth and almost no meat for the birria…

The tacos are not even real tacos they don’t use the little tortillas has they supposed too, they are expensive for some tacos they don’t cook the pastor all the way
Very good service, the food is very rich, very tasty, the taquitos are not to be said, they are very good. All 100% recommended and apart from that, they have very good prices and good quality of food. Apart they sell sweets barias sweets ....... Great service food it's great love it .Mexican food it's the best anyways everything it's really good.
