If I could give zero stars I would. I went here around 4:30 pm. I have been craving a cinnamon bon from here for months. I will never go again. I walk up to place order. The associate was busy speaking Spanish to what I would assume a friend while she was working. Guess she thought I did not speak Spanish, because when the friend asked her if she was going to take care of me. She said oh she can wait. I said in Spanish, guess you dont want to take care of me. When she realized I spoke Spanish she came running over to take care of me. Very unprofessional. Never again. No wonder why no one goes there. So got a call back from manager that said to come back in and I could get anything I want. All I want was the 6 pack that I normally get. So I went in and the associate called the owner. Who told me that they give custimers a cup of coffee when they get bad service

Ordered a center of the roll with Reese's cups on top as a to go order via their app. While the store employees were nice, the product? Not at all, dry and hard center of the roll cup. Now, the center of a cinnamon roll is supposed to be succulent, juicy and just delicious, right? What would you expect when you buy a 'Center of the roll' cup from Cinnabon? Right! All the ooey gooeyness of a center of a cinnamon roll! But wait! We're customers are wrong according to this store's manager! The full size roll center is ooey and gooey, the center of the roll cup is not. How does that make sense? I think mine was just a couple of days old already and they just didn't care. Money down the drain, I threw it out not even eating half of it. There might be going and honest Cinnabon locations out there. This one is definitely not. (By the way, don't bother doing the cinnabon feedback thing, as said, the store manager doesn't care about bad feedback. Sends the obligatory one email and then is done with the customer). Nope. Never again fox valley Mall cinnabon.

I ordered a four pack of cinnamon rolls. They had 3 trays of 12 out. The cashier said that they could not give me a four pack. They would charge me individual. I asked for the manager. The manager said they did not have any four parks. I asked if they could make me one since there was 36 rolls sitting ready to serve. She yes, but they would have to charge me individual prices because there were no four parks. I asked why. "Because there aren't four packs made."

Service was great. Prices are a little high, but probably not compared to other mall food options. It wasn't busy and I felt like a valued customer. I wasn't familiar with the menu options and the staff was happy to help. I ordered an iced coffee and unfortunately, there wasn't a sugar-free flavor option. So, they reduced the squirts of flavor so it wasn't as tasty as other places I have visited. If I had ordered the cinnamon rolls, my rating probably would have been higher. I have had to reduce my sugar and gluten so the iced coffee was the best I could do. I would love to see Cinnabon venture into a sugar-free gluten-free option. No one else has dominated this space.
