Made an online order for an Ice cream cake a month ago and the email said the store will call for payment , never did so I called earlier this week for the guy to tell me my cake was not in the system but should be later this week . Flash forward to the day I’m supposed to pick up my cake , and no cake is there for me . So here I am with no ice cream cake that I specifically customized for my birthday. Update your systems so orders actually go through.

Went with my friend for free cone day. The lady asked if I wanted to round up for the children’s hospital, and I said no because I already donate to the children’s hospital every month. She raised her eyebrows and continued to give me attitude; even mumbled something under her breath and when I asked her to repeat it she brushed it off. Very upsetting, will not be coming back.

The cones are double in price compared to other locations, staff was polite no issue there, just won't be coming back when any other DQs are quite literally 50% cheaper.

$12+ for 2 - small chocolate dipped cones ???????? Thats crazy. (next day) Called 5+ dairy queens and prices ranged 2.93 - 4.24 as the highest. Mostly in the $3 range. Will never go here again.

It is as you would expect. The service is adequate, the store was clean, and the order was filled in a timely manner. I was a bit confused by the advertisements for past blizzards of the month. I didn't ask if I was still able to get the one from St. Patrick's Day(today is Oct. 1st) I frequent this location since it is close to my house. There's nothing wrong with it, but nothing is truly exceptional, either.

He basically dipped his hand in the chocolate while dipping a cone and gave it to me, didn't remake it or anything and it took over 20 minutes because they didn't freeze the ice-cream. When he told us that it was gonna take 5-10 minutes
