My blizzard had the topping mixed poorly and only in the top third of the cup. After I had eaten that, 2/3 of the cup was just vanilla ice cream. The whole thing was sloppily done and a big disappointment.

This place is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.Short review:Go here if you want a quick treat and good service. Apple pay is provided, but does not work 100 percent of the time so bring your card. Very limited parking but also has drive thru. Also, they only sell ice cream here.I’ve been a longtime goer here for awhile. I always order a blizzard or a cone, and some dilly bars for my grandparents as they are sugar free. Prices are reasonable, and staff is always helpful and kind.Ice cream cakes are also great as well. Perfect for special occasions like birthdays.Note that this place only sells ice cream, and not the sandwiches and other items other DQ locations sell.My only complaint is that the apple pay system does not work all the time, so bring your card if you’re going here.Place also hires from the high school a lot, so plenty of opportunity for our younger adults here in Aurora.

They are so rude. This is the 2nd or 3rd time in total that I've been there. The 1st & 2nd time were a long stretch of time, therefore it's difficult for me to recall the exact amount. Doesn't matter because every visit was a terrible experience. Only once, a young lady intervene and she was nice, which is why I returned but NEVER AGAIN. This time a young guy's interaction towards me was as if I had disturbed him. One of my pet peeves (plus it's rude and extremely unhygienic) was he placed the palm of his hand over the opening of the cup and right there I almost told him I didn't want anything. After I paid, did I get a "Thank you" or any type of appreciation for patronizing their business? Heck no. Well, if management is reading this review, enjoy that bit of money of mine because you won't get another penny, nicel, dime, quarter nor dollar bills from me ever again. Maybe they don't need the business hence the lousy customer service.

Ordered 4 small simple blizzards, watched 5 cars go through the drive thru and another family order and receive their ice cream before I had to go back to the counter and ask why ours were not yet ready. They had not even STARTED our order!
