Food is ok, usually no issues, but dang those employees on that drive through intercom are pretty rude and short with you. I just don't understand why they do this particular job when it sounds like they hate it. I would recommend this establishment to move them to another area of the operation that doesn't involve dealing with customers. I'm pretty sure the manager knows the 2 gentlemen I'm referring to.

The people who serve you speak to you in an unpleasant manner and have no patience with you. He interrupts you when you are talking and without a doubt rasistas I was there at 4 am and that is my experience.

Lady with super hairy arms had an attitude. Super unprofessional and the donuts they gave us were hard. Seems like this dunkin don’t follow the donut standards. Went her to buy donuts for my family for Halloween. Again lady with hairy arms if you’re reading this, do better!! And invest in a shaver

food was good service was really bad and racist. it was a Sunday in the morning guy in the window was being rude I told them while ordering to add an extra coffee and when I got to the window and got my order I was missing my drink and I told him to add it he said no because there was more cars waiting and they ordered before I did which doesn't make sense if I was there first ( customer is always right ) I understand it was stressful there's no reason to treAT me like that we are all human and we all get stressed If he can't handle his work he shouldn't work there or be at the window at all I know how it feels because I used to work at dunkin and at restaurants wouldn't recommend the way he treated me !!!!!!
