The employees here r so welcoming and provide a warm tone, even when closing and down to the last minute 2 wonderful employees still took my order with a smile on their face! It was delicious 10/10

I give up on this place. The attitude these employees have any time of the day is ridiculous. No manners whatsoever. With one being the exception, she’s the only one who has provided great customer service. Be grateful you have a job and don’t be so miserable.

He said you were talking, I was getting my kids order, but still as an employee say hi how can I help you, instead of being argumentative. Nasty store and poor customer service

This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The man who works there at the cashier is very unprofessional. His behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, and it’s hard to feel welcome in this place. Good service should be friendly and respectful — unfortunately, this location is the exact opposite.
The croissant I ordered to go turned out to be old, clearly from the previous day. When I asked for a replacement, they gave me a bagel that was supposed to be toasted, but it wasn’t — it was simply warmed up, very unpleasant, and extremely tough, which suggests it was also from the day before. I do not recommend this place.

This Dunkin’ has the worst customer services ever the employee with tattoos and long nail gave me a dirty look when I got to the window didn’t even give me my total just tock my card gave me my coffee and close the window didn’t even say thank you or nothing
Worst Dunkin I’ve seen. Young man with tattoos and acrylic nails at the counter was scowling and cussing the entire time and wouldn’t even look at us as we ordered. Asked for a hot drink and it was given to us at room temp. That man needs to reconsider working in a customer-facing role.
