Horrible customer service ! Workers are rude and slow !
This Dunkin’ has the worst customer services ever the employee with tattoos and long nail gave me a dirty look when I got to the window didn’t even give me my total just tock my card gave me my coffee and close the window didn’t even say thank you or nothing

Worst Dunkin I’ve seen. Young man with tattoos and acrylic nails at the counter was scowling and cussing the entire time and wouldn’t even look at us as we ordered. Asked for a hot drink and it was given to us at room temp. That man needs to reconsider working in a customer-facing role.

Came in a half hour before closing and the dude was giving me attitude-
Even though I ordered a dozen off of what was left on the shelf. It's not like I was demanding a fresh dozen to be made on the spot.

Coffee ALWAYS tastes burnt at this location.
My mobile online order was all ice and I didn’t know until I was pulling away. I tried to get it fixed on the mobile app and was unable to be compensated so I took the coffee back to the store after five minutes and showed them how much ice was still in there and asked them to remake it. She didn’t say one word to me she made it gave it back to me, and I couldn’t taste any coffee in it even though it was supposed to be a brown sugar shaken espresso. Very unsatisfied with my seven dollar drink and all the employees are rude. The only one who knows how to make coffee is the guy with the long nails rude as hell though. You are better off going to the one in New York St. or even Lake Street.

It was average. The coffee could have been a few degrees hotter. The croissant was slightly over-toasted. But, the sandwich was hot and tasty.

Restaurantji Recommends
I have been going to this location for years. Who is making the coffees recently? Because there is a big gap of coffee missing. Shortening people’s coffee is not okay we pay full price. You will lose customers playing with their coffee.
This place is the worst
The employees act like we’re bothering them I can’t give 0 stars

Food is ok, usually no issues, but dang those employees on that drive through intercom are pretty rude and short with you. I just don't understand why they do this particular job when it sounds like they hate it. I would recommend this establishment to move them to another area of the operation that doesn't involve dealing with customers. I'm pretty sure the manager knows the 2 gentlemen I'm referring to.
