Sadly this location has been getting worse and worse. Mobile orders can take 10/15 minutes so be prepared. What’s worse in my opinion is the service. I don’t know if one of the older ladies with freckles and a bun have horrible customer service. I could hear her complain about my “$2 order” because I asked for more almond milk because the coffee barely had any and I ordered that so why would I not ask for it to be done correctly? Regardless if it was 2 or 20 dollars? And the coffee still tasted horrible (not the first time) so not sure if the coffee was an old batch or what. I will definitely save their time and mine by going to a friendlier location. Even the location in Joliet has better service. At least wait for the customer to finish walking out before complaining?

These donut shops have gone to crap. Donuts are rarely fresh and inventory is unreliable. I visited three stores in the last three weeks one in suburban Aurora, IL and the two in Fishers, IN. In each case, I came home with donuts that tasted stale. I've cracked up over 1800 points but sadly don't think I'll ever visit again. Kroger has fresher donuts in their bakery. Disappointing.

This place is the absolute worst It is the rock bottom of civilized customer service especially for a food establishment that I have ever seen The lines are insanely long Dunkin' donuts should not have half an hour 45 minute long lines because of incompetence and then when you finally get to the window they don't even know what you order because they're so discombobulated from the chaos they have to ask you and prepare it while you're at the window and then they give you a sloppy mess that's not even edible I will no longer go there I will go out of my way even though this is the closest Dunkin' donuts to my house to patronize other Dunkin' donuts no matter how far they are and I advise you to do the same stay away

I come here at the minimum four times a week for coffee before work and sometimes donuts for others.. and I’ve had some wrong orders or customer service issues from time to time.. not that big of a deal for me.. the ladies during the week in the morning are awesome! ..but today was it for me. They gave my coffee to the lady in front of me which she had in her car while she waited for her correct order.. and then she handed it back. I asked if they made a new one and they told me yes. As I pull away there’s a big black hair stuck to the plastic cup. I go back and ask for a new one .. no apologies just snickering and laughter when the other girl asked what happened and the drive through girl said there’s hair on it.. that’s disgusting that you would think that’s funny. I told her forget it and keep the money. I’ll never come back to this location again. It’s one thing to say it’s a new one.. but to laugh about someone finding hair in their food is another..
