I live 2 minutes away from this Dunkin but at this point I’m just going to drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the one on Orchard. Every single time I come to this Dunkin they never get my order right. Last week I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, they gave me every flavor EXCEPT chocolate lol. Every single time I ask for almond milk, they give me regular milk. And on one occasion I threw up at work after drinking a latte from there and that had been the only thing I had in my stomach that morning so I knew it was from the latte. I’m done wasting my money here I never even enjoy my order cause it’s all wrong.

I truly hate everything about this Dunkin, I’ve walked in and out of here over 5 times within the past month because everybody moves like turtles and whenever I come, they’re all in the corner acting as if they’re working while we’re (the customers) are left standing at the cash register looking crazy.

i ordered a pumpkin ice chai latte with oat milk, a lemonade and two chocolate frosted donuts from the drive through. when i got to the window they gave me a pumpkin ice chai latte with NORMAL MILK, i then informed the lady that i asked for oat milk, she then told me that they charged me for oat milk and stared at me blankly i then told them that i need it with oat milk. she then took it and remade it and then gave it to me but with no donuts? i then asked for my donuts and and said i was never charged for the donuts so i then had to pay for the donuts and wait. I was in the drive thru for almost 10-15 minutes and they never even apologized or anything they seemed annoyed that i had complained. This is the last time i am going to this location.

The donut was probably the freshest I have ever had at a DD. The associate paid close attention when I said light ice below the number 1 line when I ordered my iced drink.
