If I was still managing dunkin Location locations, I would fire this entire staff That is currently working at 10 AM, Sunday, November 30, 2025. Awful service, Chocolate shake took nearly 5 minutes to make despite no one being ahead of me in line, And then the shake did not come with whipped cream (Unless something has changed in the 2 years that I’ve been away from the job *Which I know it hasn’t because I order chocolate shakes all the time and get whipped cream with no up charge). Now, apparently, this location up charges you For something that comes standard on a shake. Never going to this location again, It’s already bad enough that a medium chocolate shake cost nearly $10. And of course the cashier got an attitude when i politely asked where the whipped cream was. She got an attitude because i was eating into her drive thru Line Time (which was already over because she took 4 minutes to make one shake with nobody ahead of me). Dont have an attitude because YOU want to move slow. On the bright side atleast the shake is good. But i will still never go to this location again. Especially if they continue to upcharge on drinks that whip cream are supposed to be a standard on

Came thru the drive thru got my drinks and what I ordered wasn’t it I ordered a cappuccino called and the lady was aggressive said it’s not her fault I don’t know how to order she made a concoction of expresso with milk that was so bitter she starts to laugh I come inside and she is on her phone sitting and didn’t want to help 2 people from the back come laughing that I’m stupid I don’t know how to order all 3 Latino the only Blk lady was trying to hear me out btw they didn’t want to refund me after 20 min of wait they did because I wasn’t leaving and trying to call another facility up to make them refund me

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Dunkin’ was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
I went through the drive-thru and was handed a hot coffee, even though I had ordered an iced one. Mistakes happen, and I politely let the employee at the window know. She quickly corrected it, which I appreciated.
However, while waiting, I overheard another staff member (I believe the one taking drive-thru orders) making rude comments about me. I could clearly hear her through the open window. I calmly let the employee at the window know that it really wasn’t that serious — sometimes the speaker makes it hard to hear — but it was unnecessary and unprofessional for her coworker to be speaking about a customer like that, especially within earshot.
I’ve worked retail before. I get that it can be frustrating. But if you choose to work in customer service, basic professionalism and respect should come with the job. If you absolutely need to vent, at least have the awareness to step away from where customers can hear you.
I wasn’t rude, I didn’t raise my voice — I simply corrected a small mistake. And for that, I was talked down about like I had done something wrong. Honestly, it left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope this location takes the opportunity to remind their staff about appropriate workplace behavior.

I’m an Uber driver and every time I come to this location to pick up an order something is always wrong, either it takes forever, or something is missing from the order, I timed them the last time I picked up an Uber order it took them 15 minutes to get the order ready, plus the time between the customer placing the order and me getting it, they make delivery orders their last priority, it’s happened many times, i won’t be taking orders from here again, I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for an order that was already placed, and should have been finished by the time I get there, the management at this location is atrocious at best
They severely shortchange you on their “Large” lattes. Never coming back to any Dunkin again. This is not the first time they’ve done this at other locations too.

My Daughter work here so I am slightly biased.. most people know that dunkin' donuts coffee is the best! It's better than Starbucks! Baskin-Robbins ice cream is also very good.. I haven't had much else here except a few drinks.. And the ice cream.. AAA

Tonight, I ordered a very tasty coffee beverage (with Oatmilk). Since I work overnight in a call center, we pick up our group order around midnight.
I ordered it 2 other times recently with no issues. Today, my stomach was bothered immediately after I drank it. I cannot prove it, but my stomach & intestines will tell you this was regular cows milk. I've been nauseated for hours.
I work nights in a call center, and this made it difficult to stay at my seat & get my job done.
I called the Dunkln Donuts location, and the female worker that answered said she didn't use Oat milk on any orders tonight. As you can see by my cup, I definitely ordered Oatmilk.
I don't know if I can trust my gut to this Dunkln location again.
Dietary restrictions: Oatmilk to substitute for cows milk
