What a bad service, a Latina attends and after she delivers what was not requested, she only speaks English, that is, one should eat or drink what she wants, she is on the morning shift.

Visited 9/12/24 at around 930am. The drive thru female worker had an attitude like she was being forced to work there. Couldn't even understand what she was saying because she was talking so fast like she was in a rush. I asked for a mango pineapple refresher with LIGHT ICE and got a mango pineapple refresher with LESS CONCENTRATE and full of ice. ? My drink was bland. At least the food was good, but I couldn't even fully enjoy it because of my tasteless drink.

This place no matter the time or day. The attitudes are ridiculous and rude. They talk like they don't want to be here and very very disappointed. I've been coming to this location foe years and as of yesterday no more. This place use to be so friendly and welcoming now. I would drive out of my way to hopefully jabe better service. Except one guy very humble the rest just a disgrace. I hardly leave a food review. Business is Business you know but yesterday was the last straw. Good luck
I rescind my previous review and bumping this place up to four stars. As a local resident, I saw this place go down the tubes over the years until recently. The staff is always great in the mornings and I appreciate everyone's hospitality. Even if there's a line, it goes very quickly. My orders are now always accurate and to expected temperature.
The only gripe I have is against Dunkin and what they did to gauge prices and "update" their rewards system.
