Disappointed at the service for this location. It’s gotten progressively worse. Missing items when using the drive thru have become a regular occurance. The last straw today was my donut order carelessly tossed in the bag so my long iohn was face down on another donut w no wax paper on it. Some of the people that have been there a while still provide great service, but there are only a few.

I ordered 2 muffins, a coffee roll, and a cup of coffee using the drive-thru. They were busy, so I didn't check the bag and didn't realize till later they shorted the order 1 muffin. I did check the receipt, and yes, they indeed charged me for 4 items. ALWAYS CHECK THE BAG! THIS UNFORTUNATELY HAS HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE!

Priscilla, Nikki, and Anna are absolutely the best! I come here every morning before work and they provide exceptional service but the best part is the their spirit! Early in the morning, they’re always so nice and engaging, especially when I’m trying new drinks. This is the only Dunking I go to! Highly recommend!
