If you can't sell your items, take them out; don't sell them to the customers. I'm paying for it, not begging for it. Also tell your employees to double-check before handling items that can be expired or have a chart with items that have an expiration date. My kid saw it after drinking a little bit. This is not the first time, however. You asked rudely for the payment and asked me to hurry up and pay you. the same way you want me to pay you. The same way you should check your items.

I went at 7:07 p.m. and the drive through menú screen was on but nobody would answer. We then go around and I see an employee inside, but the door was locked and it clearly says that the store closes at 7:30 p.m. Employee flat out ignored me. A simple "sorry we are closed" would have been nice.

Everyone is moving to the kiosk order. They have placed in a bad position, right in front of the cashier. It feels a bit rude. It's like, "yeah we are too busy to say good morning. How can I help you? " So order via the kiosk because I don't want to talk to you. Kiosk should be moved away from the cashier station so that those of us who don't want to use it can order immediately from the cashier - if they have the time.
