Tried to enter at 7:06 and doors were closed but an employee with blonde ish hair was at the counter on her phone.The schedule posted outside clearly said they were closed at 7:30 and the employee even looked up at me and ignored me and went back on her phone.

Man every time I order hash browns they are always old and hard. This is the second time they have done this smh y’all bogus for even selling old hard ass hash browns

I went at 7:07 p.m. and the drive through menú screen was on but nobody would answer. We then go around and I see an employee inside, but the door was locked and it clearly says that the store closes at 7:30 p.m.
Employee flat out ignored me. A simple "sorry we are closed" would have been nice.

Everyone is moving to the kiosk order. They have placed in a bad position, right in front of the cashier. It feels a bit rude. It's like, "yeah we are too busy to say good morning. How can I help you? " So order via the kiosk because I don't want to talk to you. Kiosk should be moved away from the cashier station so that those of us who don't want to use it can order immediately from the cashier - if they have the time.

Ordered an iced decaf americano and it was easily the worst I've ever had. Somehow with 3 ingredients it was undrinkable; stale, bitter, disgusting. Dunkin has lost my business after this one

They won’t even tell you if they’re out of something or if they have to substitute something. Don’t waste your time or money going here. If you can, just drive to Lake Street.

The workers are really nice. We went back because they forgot to give our bagel and cream cheese but they were really nice about it and owner gave us hash browns for the inconvenience.

Update: drinks are not consistent. My coffee always tastes differently.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! Ordered a sourdough sandwich and it was never toasted and the bacon was soggy. When insisted to toast the bread, the person in the counter said it was already done. We had to trash it with no choice.

This is the worst Dunkin location ever. Horrible service and manager has terrible attitude towards customers and even employees!! I saw her scream at her UNDERAGE staff infront of customers with language that I would consider borderline harassment. Corporate really needs to look into this issue it seems there is already multiple bad reviews about the manager here yet nothing is being done! Will not be stopping by here any more and would much rather go across the street to Starbucks.

Just so the customers know what goes on behind the scenes I worked at this Dunkin donuts locations and during the time I've read up on labor laws and all that and found out all of Dunkin donuts corporations break them on a daily we've been told by our manager she would hit us, deduct pay, take money out of our checks, not allowing breaks, threatening to fire people for needing to miss work for family emergencies and even better hiring people having them on the schedule with no days just to do a wrongful termination. Not to mention the amount of health violations that go on in a given day is immensely high nothing is properly cleaned and the machines used in here are cleaned maybe once a month if that. For those of you who love the hot food our ovens are cleaned once every 2 months because night shift is understaffed and doesn't have the time to do it but enjoy your 10 hour old donuts and bacteria and carcinogenic food and drinks

Bad location.Been here a few times with not great experiences but my visit today is worth sitting down and noting my grievances.Went to the drive through and was sitting there for a few minutes before someone finally cued up. Placed my order and went to the window, large coffee and turkey sausage and cheese.Waited several minutes before an employee asked if the sandwich had bacon on it. What? You don't know the order? The ingredients are in the name.Wait a few more minutes and get the sandwich. It has Swiss cheese not American. Not sure if they didn't have the proper cheese or they didn't care. Either way it's not the sandwich I ordered.Wait a few more minutes before I get my coffee. The employee comes to the window with a cup of coffee and 2 sandwiches that I didn't order. The employee hands me the coffee. There's no receipt on the coffee so I don't know if this is mine. I begin to ask "is this coffee for me or-" the employee cuts me off and says "it's the coffee". Without looking at me.Wrong order, delayed response, unjustifiable wait, emplpyee attitude, no receipt to prove anything is mine, overpriced sandwiches, Horrible location.
