UPDATE on my situation with this Dunkin Donuts. (Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume.
