Just wasted my gas to go get a few donuts and git home the donuts flipped upside down and all the creme was stuck to the bottom of the bags . The have to come up with a better way to handle the donuts especially since there getting more experience.

Ordered in the app and picked up in the drive through, so nothing to say about the staff or store. My complaint is that I feel like I was served day old donuts. Of the four donuts all four were definitely giving that day-old donut vibe. Just a little stale and dry, not the usual pleasant softness I have come to expect.

I visited Dunkin' on 12/26/24 at 9:40 AM and ordered donuts. Unfortunately, the Boston cream donuts weren't fully baked.
Sidhu and Sunny were two of the most kindest people I have met in the fast food industry. Upon leaving the drive thru, I had noticed my latte wasn’t made the way I had intended. Although I was nervous, not only did they greet me warmly, but they walked me through remaking my latte ☺️. It’s very rare to see workers so kind and patient, so I am extremely grateful for the hospitality they gave me. I was having a rough week, so this made me very happy. Thank you! ?
