Ordered in the app and picked up in the drive through, so nothing to say about the staff or store. My complaint is that I feel like I was served day old donuts. Of the four donuts all four were definitely giving that day-old donut vibe. Just a little stale and dry, not the usual pleasant softness I have come to expect.

Sidhu and Sunny were two of the most kindest people I have met in the fast food industry. Upon leaving the drive thru, I had noticed my latte wasn’t made the way I had intended. Although I was nervous, not only did they greet me warmly, but they walked me through remaking my latte ☺️. It’s very rare to see workers so kind and patient, so I am extremely grateful for the hospitality they gave me. I was having a rough week, so this made me very happy. Thank you! ?

I regularly order through the app every Monday... the service is always very fast and efficient... the workers are very efficient and helpful... the coffee and sandwiches always have the flavor that distinguishes them from other coffee shops.

I always like coming to this location it's always clean, everybody that works at this place is friendly and always seems positive. They have a drive-through and seating inside. Nice outside lights

Shared space with Baskin-Robbin's. Had to go inside becasue drive through menu was not helpful. Inside had even less signage.Ice cream had a very unusual taste. Neither of us finished what we got.

I go to this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. Sometimes it's a good experience and sometimes not so much. They argue with you when they don't even give you the chance to explain yourself they don't accommodate special request. They rush rush rush. Their customer service needs much improvement. With this being said I am a Dunkin Donuts reward member and I don't feel the loyalty is appreciated.
