The indian workers there are so rude I scanned a barcode for a free raspberry croissant for a 2 dollar drink and I asked them where it was and they didn’t give it to me?? She was rolling her eyes at me too.

I always go here in the morning for a shaken espresso and it’s a hit or miss with whoever is on staff. Today I quite literally got a pumpkin flavored iced coffee with the espresso label on the cup. So annoying and disappointing.

I frequently this location and the service here is great. In particular, I believe Jessica is the manager and she is exceptional always servicing with a smile. It rare that I don't see Jessica here working. DD, give that young lady a raise. She is a hard worker.

Wow. The service couldn’t get any worse. At first, I thought the flat service and lack of table napkins were just a one-time miss, but I was wrong. It has been consistently poor. They short you on even the basics! I order early in the morning when it’s not busy, so I don’t understand how they’ve missed table napkins three times — and with such cold tone on top of it.

Went through the drive through about 10 minutes before they closed, I get it nobody wants to serve the guy that’s there 10 mins before closing but I’m a paying customer and that just happens to be the time I was able to make it. I sit at the window after nobody answered on the booth. 2 employees inside cleaning refused to make eye contact with me and went to the back for 5 mins, (presumably to ignore me being there,) while I’m sitting there waiting to be helped. I hate to be that guy but you can’t just refuse service because it’s inconvenient. Really let down especially because I used to go here a lot more often. I was also told they close at 9:30 everyday instead of the 10pm posted time on the website which is not the truth but I was definitely not going to argue about that at the window 5 mins till 10 lol. Just a warning to everyone that they might close at a different time each day of the week depending on how they feel.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The hours say that this location closes at 10pm tonight, my friend and I show up at 9:36pm to find that the door is locked. The girl who works there is motioning to us that they are closed for the night with a group of people inside eating ice cream still. Absolutely unacceptable when there was still 24 minutes left until the store actually closes. I guess some people just don’t want to make money….

Have to say I have been going here for years through at least 2 different regimes of ownership and things couldn’t be worse!!! Though the food is fine, the customer service is totally unacceptable! No acknowledgement when you approach the counter, if there is any communication beyond the transaction itself, it is nothing but rude. The girl who seems to be in charge couldn’t make you feel more uncomfortable and this seems to bleed onto the others working there (there is a young gentleman working there who’s very nice but is the exception). You almost get the feeling you are bothering them and that they are truly miserable folks. And then there is the charging for everthing! They will nickel and dime you to death charging for things they never had before! Ie…. “Pup cups” for dogs $1.00 each!? Got to make sure they recover that nickel of whip cream! .50 cents for a cup of water!?! Since the new owner took over it has been a massive downgrade! It’s a shame!

This Dunkin sucks big time! Continues to give wrong orders and burns food and or includes items you don’t want! I have given this place at least 5-6 times a try and they just continue to disappoint! It’s a few minutes away but tell me why they thought this bagel was acceptable?
