This Dunkin sucks big time! Continues to give wrong orders and burns food and or includes items you don’t want! I have given this place at least 5-6 times a try and they just continue to disappoint! It’s a few minutes away but tell me why they thought this bagel was acceptable?

The new Hispanic lady working drive thru is so ignorant & rude. Snatching my card, not saying a word the entire transaction, yelling at the next person trying to order. Also, she is scamming or lazy with scoops. I ordered a triple scoop and received a half cup barely full and melted. Been going here the last 2 months and will NEVER return so many other Dunkins in the area

I went there for breakfast and ordered a decaf coffee. When I pulled up I asked to confirm that it was decaf and they hastily said yea it is. I learned it was in fact NOT decaf. I understand that it's a fast food coffee spot but it's important to be cognizant of when people order decaf. If they can't decipher between the two then stores lose trust and business. I called nicely to just give them a heads up to be more careful and they hung up on me. Dunkin in general doesn't care what they give you since this has happened to several other people apparently. Cheap coffee isn't worth your health.

3 workers, one other customer for a minute or so, zero acknowledgment when walking in today. I had to flag someone down to ask for service. Today I took my son in for ice cream. ONE pathetic kids scoop is 3.79. Then they charged an additional $.99 for a basic cone. That is absolutely ridiculous to charge for a simple cone—what the heck else are we supposed to do with the scoop, eat it from our hands?! Shouldn’t the basic cone/cup be included in the price? I understand the additional charge for the dipped/sprinkle cone but come on. My recent drive through orders have also be incorrect on several occasion also.
We have live in the townhouse is right next to this Dunkin doughnuts for 7 years, and every time we go there for ice cream, which is about once a week at different times of the day ranging from three in the afternoon to near closing time. They always “don’t have hot fudge”. This has been going on for over a year, they try to offer you chocolate syrup at the same price. They can never give any real explanation why they won’t sell hot fudge when you ask. My running theory is the machine is hard to clean at closing and they don’t feel like doing it. Though it feels kind of petty, I did ask for the manager the last time but I guess the manager leaves at noon. We decided to start going to Dairy Queen. I’m going to keep leaving this message until this issue stops.Also, I should say that the morning crew is fantastic at this location. It really seems to be everyone who’s there after 3 PM is the issue. I’m gonna start getting peoples names too.

this is my favorite location - and the one that got me hooked onto DD. I've always been met with kindness and my drinks taste perfect - drive thru is fast. I honestly just want the staff to be recognized for all they do.
