I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts location for over 6 years and have never had an issue, until today. When I politely asked an employee to prepare a dozen donuts, he literally yelled at me, repeating twice in a rude tone, “I’m not a machine,” he also said you are rushing me chill!!! Like what!!! with an unfriendly expression. I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but when you have a respectful, long-time customer, there’s no reason to treat them this way. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I can’t believe they would hire someone who treats customers like this.

Started frequenting this location approximately 1 mth ago. Unfortunately, they continue to burn the croissants we get with the turkey sausage and cheese sandwiches/croissants. Quality and professionalism are lacking in management here. I could overcome a mistake, but it became a repeated issue with little concern by management. Also, the manager insisted that we give him the food back...this is a health violation. I did so because it was burned, but I'm under no obligation. They are losing business. Important to note that my daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic. We need our food prepared fresh and not burned, so she may quickly eat and avoid an emergency low.
