I was there yesterday December 8 in the drive-through. I don’t live in the area so I just came to get my coffee and go shopping at the mall. I didn’t get a receipt for my purchase which was a large iced coffee because I figured that they would charge me the right amount.
Went I got home. I noticed that they charged me $16.57. when I called the guy told me that his manager wasn’t there, but to come back the next morning. i told him I don’t live in the area. he said his manager would call today. he did not. I just got off the phone with them and they said that they will give me a call tomorrow. I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank at this point, but please be aware that they will take your money and not refund it.

Friendly drive-in service during the morning. Patient cashier at the drive thru window when I changed my order at the last minute. The drive thru entrance is not very accessible

Walked in and saw 2 customers waiting. Asked if they were waiting to order or to pick up. They said they were there to pick up, so I stepped in front of them. I'm not sure what the employee thought I said, but she immediately appeared at the register and said she would be with me in a minute. She walked away, and in a clear and loud voice said, "Oh, I'm going to take my time now."

As a veteran, I was just there to get a free donut, which they were offering for Veterans Day. I was patient and as cordial as I could be, but the employee clearly was in no mood to return the courtesy.

As I see the current rating for this location, I don't find it surprising after my experience.

Do you want your dietary restrictions not respected go here you want your order to be disrespected go here. You want to be disrespected go here clearly this place doesn’t care about its customers or the fact that if we’re requesting for some thing, they would not accommodate for that I Would never go here again. No vegetarian options they forced me to take bacon when I didn’t want it and no friendliness like the customer service was absolutely rude and disrespectful to my dietary restrictions so again if you guys want your order to be messed up and not respected, then please go here

Tried to order the new fall iced coffee. Was told around 5:45pm today that the fall menu isn’t out yet. She didn’t know when but said soon. Lady the menu came out on the 28th. I’m surprised this place is still open

They gave us a 5 pc hashbrowns which is supposed to be a 6 pc and didn't serve enough snackin bacon for my kids ? very unusual of them.

This Dunkin is amazing. Great staff and good product always comes from them. I been going to this dunkin for well over 2 years cause that's the only place that gets me. Great morning staff and very efficient withba Great attitude.

Parking: In front of store. About 10 spots which is alot for a coffee joint.

Worst Dunkin’ store with the worst customer service. I have ordered 1 small macchiato easy on caramel. The Mexican teen at drive through put 2 swirls which made it too sweet, when told her to change she gave me old bitter coffee deliberately as she was aware that that it won’t be changed again.-some Dunkin’ policy that drink can only be modified once.What kind of person does that.??When complained to them they said they cannot do anything and cannot refund me. Never tell that Mexican teen at drive through to correct your order or else you will be punished and handed over trash. That Mexican teen girl should be immediately removed from customer facing role.

I have been going to this location specifically for about 6 years consistently, I have a few favorite workers there since they always assist me when i'm there and they always get my order right, if there is any issue with my order they will fix it right away. I've seen many workers come and go, but they always try their best and are always sweet and kind. I've worked in many industries, even in the food industry. So I always try to remain patient and kind to others, we are all human and looking at some of the other reviews I feel as if they are being too harsh.

Today at 12:43pm I went inside to buy a coffee and there was something I didn’t like. A Mexican teen who attended me, her behavior was disrespectful. Firstly, she started laughing and asked me how tall I was and I told her “Why?” And she said because I looked small. I think that her job isn’t to be asking disrespectful questions about someone. Honestly, I am short and I get that question a lot but I didn’t like how she said it and how she was laughing. The way she said it made it seem like she was making fun of me.
