Worst experience ever, Horrible Service.I want to start off by saying I don't ever give any businesses bad reviews even when they make mistakes Because I my self am a business owner. But this was just the worst experience I have had at a business. I order 4 tacos and two rice waters in the drive through. When I got to the window the cashiers looked confused, Then they ask me what my order was. I told them 1 steak taco, 3 cabeza tacos and two large rice water. They told me it would be 25.00 dollars instead of 16.00 because they didn't charge correctly. I was fine with this no problem people make mistakes I paid her and she handed my receipt to me, I checked my receipt to make sure everything was good I noticed it said chicken tacos and I pointed out that my order was wrong. She took my receipt and looked at it and said don't worry about it you will get what you order. I ask her for my receipt back she then told me to go wait on the side of the restaurant. I waited for 30 minutes only to have a lady come out and demand 1.00 something Because they didn't charge me correctly. At this point her attitude got to me. I handed her my card and told her charge me because I just wanted to leave at this point. She want inside Charge my card and came back and hand my cards to me a long with two receipts and want back inside 5 minutes later comes out with my food. I go home my food is barely warm Theirs a female hair on one taco. And salsa containers were open and spilled. I will be looking into food safety violation.

We have been coming to this place for years and always had great food and experience. However, our last visit was very disappointing. I ordered a double meat burrito with Al pastor and lingua, and my wife had the bistec a la mexicana. My burrito came out very wet with liquid dripping out of it (assuming it is the broth from boiling the lingua), and the tortilla fell apart half way through eating. My plate had a puddle of liquid by the time I finish eating. And, the steak my wife had was over seasoned and she couldn't finished. Not sure if we will return.
Just ate in usually never have a problem with food or service. Ordered chorizo tacos for my daughter she took a bite and her chorizo was burnt pretty bad. I advised the waitress she was nice enough to come take a look and refunded our money. But when she came bk to give us our refund she told us to next time let them know how we want our chorizo cooked—- not burnt is usually the way they come so I figured that is normal,burnt I’m sure is not the way people eat they’re food. I mean does anybody out there ever ask for burnt chorizo tacos?? Not our fault at all. Hope to have a better experience next time—- maybe

Been a while but always get good original Mexican food. no processed crap always fresh ingredients will be looking forward to the new restaurant on New York st
Today my dad and I went to eat the one who served us as if she looked at us badly and was very cold and serious and we took our order and when we were already in the middle of eating she looked at us as if we did something but the food is good. The only thing I didn't like was the treatment of the person who served us and looked at us.
