I purchased six meals but only received four. When I called customer service for a refund on the missing items, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful. I suggested a simple fix—have the warehouse verify the order form and count the meals before sealing the box—but I’m not confident the feedback will be passed along. Unfortunately, the outsourced call center didn’t seem invested in resolving the issue or improving the process, which is disappointing.
In response to the reply from Factor customer service asking for more detail and reason for my three stars, I want to say is that I work at one of the facilities and have very little good to say at this point and is better not to go into detail.
The company is a complete mess, appointment for 7 am, it's already 10 am and they haven't opened the door, I don't recommend it, the trailer will stink for half a day
I ordered from this company one time for me and the wife we got 14 meals which was about $120 dollars the food was mediocre my wife took a bite and couldn’t eat it saying that it made her feel sick I didn’t think it was horrible but not the greatest for sure a week goes by and I get a charge for $150 dollars from factor I checked to see what it was come to find out they charged me before I even placed my next order as I didn’t know that they needed to have my order ready by Wednesday because it was the first time I tried this company I tried getting ahold of there costumer service the next day to get a refund since I went on the website cancelled my order put my account on pause (for a week because apparently that’s all you can do to my knowledge) I told them I still had a full freezer of these meals they said since it’s past the deadline they can’t help me can’t refund my $150 dollars back and basically I’m SOL oh but they could help me to make sure I don’t get another accidental order 🙄🙄🙄 SO I HIGHLY ENCOURANGE YOU DO NOT!!!!! ORDER FROM THIS SITE based on my experience
They take forever to load plan on at least 4h.
We have cancelled several times but they keep sending more every week. We have way more than we can ever eat !! And keep billing us too
As a customer of 6 months, I had a frustrating experience with their customer service team. Their service is poor in several areas. Pulling receipts is not easy which is annoying. Their system seems to be outdated and rigid. Making adjustments to your shipping address should be easier. Mind you this company was unwilling to adjust the shipping address even though the product wasnt made yet and the product had yet to even ship. This will lead you to a frustrating experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with Factor75. The representatives I spoke with were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried escalating the issue, the manager repeatedly cut me off and then stopped responding altogether. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Factor75.
Just fyi, if you sign up and then decide these aren’t for you and cancel your account, you will still be charged a week later. When they email you that you were charged and a box is coming, and you email them that you cancelled and to send a refund please- they will not. They will send you the box and tell you too bad.
Do not eat their food. The chicken with cauliflower rice made me feel sick with food poisoning. I thought wow maybe it was just a bad meal. Then I tried the beef hamburger with green beans mushrooms, I got the same reaction. I asked my husband to also try these same dishes and he told me the food seemed old and poorly left out also it tasted processed. We looked at the ingredients and the nutritional content. There was so much salt and saturated fat to keep the food safe for consumption. Because of the food poisoning we both experienced, we decided to threw the rest of the 8 other meals away and the $83 we spent.
If this is what the food delivery companies are delivering, never mind I will continue cooking. Don’t waste your time and money during these financial times, it’s not worth it.

My husband went to the website to just look. Our bank account was charged. It went into negative. Do not even go to the website.
What a sketchy operation. There's is no way to cancel my subscription from the app. I will find a way and warn everyone I know away from your business.

Horrible experience. Never received food when promised. Had to open rotten food more than once in the few weeks we tried their service.
