Horrible customer service. They require you to enter payment information before picking meals and when I realized none of them met my husbands allergy needs, I cancelled it immediately. I was still charged. Their customer service person, Ethan wasn’t willing to help at all (or even try to understand the situation). He just he couldn’t give me a refund or credit.
Nice place.
My wife and I have had nothing but a positive experience with Factor 75. The food arrived as promised. The food has been fantastic! Factor 75 has made dinner time for us an easy, flavorful & no hassle time saver for our busy schedule. Looking forward to our next delivery!! Seriously, my chicken is rarely this tender:)
I don't like seeing people get Fired or lose their Jobs. But the Security Guards here need to be let go. Some of the rude Ladies who just stand around doing nothing but playing on their phones. They need more professional Security. They could save Money at Factor and cut some of them. The Ladies yell at people.

The meals are delicious, I've lost weight, and no problems with delivery. Everything comforting, filling and fresh. Only problem is if you don't select your meals prior to delivery they will send you ALL CHICKEN meals. It's burning me out as they should switch it up for those that are not committed to ordering premium or other meals in-between delivery. I may cancel if it doesn't change. If you work long hours like I do, and are on auto delivery, expect A LOT OF CHICKEN unless you want to food order custom weekly,
This company uses misleading marketing practices and then takes zero responsibility when customers are charged hundreds of dollars without clear consent.
I signed up for one subscription only. Later, I saw a “Refer a Friend” promotion that was presented as a one-time referral offer. My adult daughter signed up just to try it. At no point was it made clear that this would create a second full subscription tied to my payment method.
As a result, I was charged $281 per box — twice. A total of $562 for boxes I never knowingly agreed to.
When I contacted customer service to explain and request a refund, the representative was cold, robotic, and dismissive. He repeatedly said nothing could be done, showed no concern for the confusion or the amount charged, and made no attempt to resolve the issue. This felt less like customer support and more like scripted denials.
Beyond the billing issue, the food itself is underwhelming and repetitive — many meals taste nearly the same and are not worth the premium price at all. I am writing this so you don’t have to experience the same frustration with customer service or waste your money on food that doesn’t even taste good.
Don’t waste your money.
Between the confusing referral setup, the massive unexpected charges, and the terrible customer service, this company has completely lost my trust. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will actively make sure the people I care about stay far away from Factor.
I love the quality of Factor’s meals and thought I had a great experience at first. However, the company advertised “free breakfast for a year” when I signed up, and it stopped showing up in my meal selections. I contacted support multiple times by phone and chat and was told the issue would be escalated and I’d get follow-up and discount codes while it was fixed. None of that ever happened. No one followed up, and the issue was never resolved.
It feels like false advertising and a lack of respect for customers. I’ve recommended Factor to many people based on what was on their website, and now I regret doing so. Be cautious before you sign up if you expect promotions to actually be honored.
Be very careful with this service. I created an account to try them. I logged out before purchasing then logged back in. That some how created 2 accounts. In addition the first delivery was supposed to be 50% off. They charged me full price. I called their help line to 1- cancel my membership and 2- to get a refund. The customer service rep said that all accounts were canceled and I’d be receiving my refund. I have not and today they just charged for another week of food. I called back and supposedly they will be refunding my money and assured me that all accounts are canceled. We’ll see.
Absolutely unacceptable. This place is a complete disaster. Unloading takes forever, the staff is careless, and the disrespect toward drivers is shocking.
Management clearly has no control or
understanding of how to run a business.
Without drivers, your company would collapse -
and with the way you operate, it looks like you're heading there fast.
Hire competent people and fix your process, because right now this place is a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience with Factor 75, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I placed an order for meal delivery that was packed on September 20th but delivered only on September 25th. During that time, I received several notifications claiming the food had been delivered — yet nothing actually arrived. When the package finally showed up five days later, it was partially opened, and the inside was covered in a strange leaking gel from the ice packs. The containers inside were swollen and clearly spoiled, making the food completely unsafe to eat.
I contacted customer service immediately to file a complaint. They had charged me around $125, and after acknowledging the issue, they promised a refund. However, they only refunded $95, claiming part of my order included a “premium product” that they refused to reimburse — even though it was also spoiled.
While I was still dealing with that issue, they charged me another $150 for a new order I did not want. When that shipment arrived (this time on time), I opened it and found two meals with swollen containers, showing the same signs of spoilage as before.
When I reported this again, customer service said they would only compensate for those two meals. I asked how they could guarantee that the rest of the meals were safe if two were already spoiled, but they had no answer and refused to investigate or retrieve the product.
As of today, I still haven’t received a full refund.
This company shows poor quality control, weak customer service, and serious food safety risks. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Factor 75 — it’s not worth risking your health or money. Hopefully, my review prevents someone else from going through the same experience.
I purchased six meals but only received four. When I called customer service for a refund on the missing items, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful. I suggested a simple fix—have the warehouse verify the order form and count the meals before sealing the box—but I’m not confident the feedback will be passed along. Unfortunately, the outsourced call center didn’t seem invested in resolving the issue or improving the process, which is disappointing.
In response to the reply from Factor customer service asking for more detail and reason for my three stars, I want to say is that I work at one of the facilities and have very little good to say at this point and is better not to go into detail.
The company is a complete mess, appointment for 7 am, it's already 10 am and they haven't opened the door, I don't recommend it, the trailer will stink for half a day
