I come here every week , the food is always amazing and made perfectly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the restaurant is always clean and moving efficiently. A great choice ,and a great cause. 10/10!

I am greeted EVERY time I walk in the door, and thanked every time I leave. The young lady who takes our order has an amazing memory, and even when it's been awhile since we've been in, she remembers our sandwiches and even our customizations. It's always clean and pleasant. We have to pass about 15 restaurants to get to Firehouse but it's worth the trip when we go!

Old woman making the sandwich got my order wrong, used a completely different meat. Luckily it wasn't a disaster because of my allergies. I liked that the music was not blasting and it was actually enjoyable to wait for my food.

Nice alternative to the big sandwich chains. The food is good, the service is fast but what I like most is the theme centered around Firemen and supporting them. I always give a small donation to support our service men and women.

First time at Firehouse Subs. I got the meatball and my son got the zesty garlic hook and ladder. Both very good. The owner's daughter was working. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall very good experience.

Got a BOGO special from Grubhub+, so i figured I'd try it out. Tempted by the meatball sub, but ordered 2 Smoked Turkey and Provolone medium subs and on both ordered NO ONIONS as I'm allergic to them.
#1 sub added Cheddar & Caramelized PEPPERS.
But instead of Peppers, they gave me Caramelized ONIONS. 🤢
#2 sub added Green Bell Peppers & Bacon.
Got the bacon, but again, Not the Peppers. Oh, and no Provolone either.

Once the Onions were removed, the sandwiches were decent, but too much of a health risk to ever order again. Great first impression.

I went here for the very time ever last Saturday night and I must say this was a stand out experience I've had sub sandwiches sure subway and Jimmy John's to be specific but this was much more than that it was very tasty and turned out exactly how I wanted and I got medium soda but the cup was big enough to be a large at most other places I've been too if you get the chance to come here definitely get the chicken bacon ranch with a sparkling cherry limeade it was phenomenal and definitely hit the spot I will definitely be returning
