The cupcake was stale, staff was friendly, but the store smelt really really bad.

I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich, this was a major disappointment. They advertise juicy grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh veggies on artisan bread. The chicken was crumbled processed chicken served on wheat bread with your choice of colby or pepper jack cheese, and an avocado spread, no veggies. And all these are Aldi brand products. Price before tax $7.99. This came with a baby bag of chips. The quality and taste deserve a thumbs down all day every day. Hard pass!!!!! Better off going to the food court!!!!

The workers are rude, I got the same order multiple times and each time it was a different price

We were there Saturday. The service was pretty bad. The two girls behind the counter were not happy being there. The coffee I ordered just didn't taste right. And it was FILTHY in there. The furniture they have for customers is disgusting. Gloria Jeans has always been a great experience at other locations, this one was shit. We will not be back.

The vanilla bean chiller was amazing! Raspberry wasnt my favorite but still pretty good. Place was very busy and coffee bar was clean. Excellent and fast service

Gloria Jean’s has a very warm and welcoming environment for a coffee shop. The seating is great especially the bar area where I usually like to make conversation with the baristas. My favorite barista at GJ is Kennedy. I’ve been at the shop a few times when she’s been working and she always gets my order out quickly and efficiently. She works beautifully by herself and is just an all around kind and sweet girl to talk to while at GJ. I really am loving their unique drinks especially the Dubai hot chocolate and the red velvet latte. They have many drinks that other coffee spots don’t have which is one of the main reasons I love this place! There’s not a time where I’ve gone to GJ and been unsatisfied.

Got my drink wrong Twice. Understaffed bad for a Saturday.

ASK FOR SMALL. they will charge you for a large if you don't say small. Large drinks are NINE DOLLARS.

Overall nice coffee spot with good service. I enjoyed the almond milk capuchin iced.
Seating was good and the drink didn’t take too long too make.

The vibes were terrible. We were the only ones there and ordered an iced latte and we were handed an iced cup of milk. I asked the barista if there was any coffee in this and she said “oh I forgot”. She poured hot coffee on top of the already made drink that had whipped cream on it so obviously the whipped cream melted. Overpriced terrible coffee not worth any amount of money

the drinks never disappoint here!

Tried their Cookies & White Chocolate and my cousin got the Horchata both were rich and flavorful! The only downside was too much ice, making it hard to sip with a straw. But overall, still a great treat!

The girl that’s working March 4th, the morning (full-day) shift….. blessed my morning with the best coffee combo and warmed muffin EVER. 😮‍💨
