Ordered Boba milk tea. It tasted weired and the milk was spoiled

I'm always in here, Gloria Jean's is a fantastic coffee shop. I love the cream cheese bagels, but the Nutella cream cheese croissants are so good too. I also really like the chicken and cheese grillers, the sauce on them is really tasty and has good spices. I get a chiller (basically a Frappuccino) almost every day, and of course right now pumpkin spice is my vice, but the pistachio and wild berry chillers are also favorites. The white chocolate raspberry chiller is pretty good too, almost a little too rich for me!
Breanna is my favorite barista, she's so kind and so funny and always knows my order. She gets stuff out quickly and makes me feel really at home when I'm at GJ.
If you want coffee at Fox Valley Mall, you have to go to Gloria Jean's!

Store was filthy, spilled sticky beverage all over the floor. There were no other customers so they had time to clean it up, just chose not to. I tried to get a cup of ice with the drink I purchased and was told no. I asked if they did not have any ice? They have blended and cold drinks . . . They have ice but can’t even SELL me any. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Without a doubt the worst coffee shop I’ve been to, rude people and slow service

Had the most rude worker and on top of that the place is never cleaned like it should be. The counters are sticky and when asked if they could clean it (with a please) I was told it’s not my job and she’ll get to it. The floors are not mopped or even swept. Props to the other worker who appeared to be the only one working orders while also finding time to be nice to hand me a damp paper towel. Line was backing up because only one of the two girls working actually appeared interested in doing what they were paid to do

I just started working at this mall not too long ago and the four times I have been there the girls are so rude. Not sure why because I try to go in and be nice myself but the service is always horrible. The one girl rolled her eyes at me when I ordered my drink the last time I was there. Its sad that this is the only real coffee place at this mall and that the drinks are good, however the service is horrible. Its crazy how people can be so rude when you have been nice. If there was another place I definitely would not go back here.

My aunt enjoyed a buttered toffee latte and my daughter a pumpkin oatmilk latte. They said they were excellent. I usually love Coco Loco. The decor could use a bit of work, but the mall itself seems to be coming apart at the seams so it isn't their fault. The blaring Korn on the radio was off putting in a coffee shop.

I got a Carmel coconut macadamia latte and was really excited to try this coffee for the first time. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and the coffee did not taste like it had any of the flavors in it and tasted rather burnt. Not good, would not
