I just started working at this mall not too long ago and the four times I have been there the girls are so rude. Not sure why because I try to go in and be nice myself but the service is always horrible. The one girl rolled her eyes at me when I ordered my drink the last time I was there. Its sad that this is the only real coffee place at this mall and that the drinks are good, however the service is horrible. Its crazy how people can be so rude when you have been nice. If there was another place I definitely would not go back here.

My aunt enjoyed a buttered toffee latte and my daughter a pumpkin oatmilk latte. They said they were excellent. I usually love Coco Loco. The decor could use a bit of work, but the mall itself seems to be coming apart at the seams so it isn't their fault. The blaring Korn on the radio was off putting in a coffee shop.

I got a Carmel coconut macadamia latte and was really excited to try this coffee for the first time. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and the coffee did not taste like it had any of the flavors in it and tasted rather burnt. Not good, would not

I’ve been coming here for years and have never experienced the service I did today. The cashier did not put in my phone number to get points cause she didn’t know how. She called someone over who in the most unprofessional and uninterested attitude, looked up my phone number and still was not able to help.
