Great Steak

The guy overcharged me/ charged me for stuff that I didn't order. Had to go get a refund. Then messed up the food I did order. This place used to be great. Not so much anymore 😬

Don’t recommend me this place if I’m looking for Steak n Shake. I partially blame Google Maps, but also the restaurant as well

The food was fine. What I don’t appreciate is at checkout being told the total and that total being on the receipt but my bank showing a different amount deducted. If you are charging an up charge for credit or debit cards, that should be disclosed by the person ringing up your order as well as displayed at the register.

worst customer service ever I’m upset, first off I asked for a “king fry” and as you see on the picture they’re promoting for this item it has sour cream.. when I ordered I asked for sour cream and when I received my order I didn’t have sour cream, I asked for it and they tried to make me pay extra for something that should come with this meal.Never EVER going here again the woman in the front (in the first picture) is very rude and she’s a liar, when her manager asked her did I ask for sour cream she lies and says no, so I had to go to jewel osco to BUY my own which is extremely inconvenient!!! I also asked for No Bacon because simply because I don’t eat pork… check out the last picture.. see that ?? Yes that’s bacon, Something I said I didn’t want !I recommend going to #Fries in the mall they’re better at customer service and food wise.. should’ve went there in the first place ??
