worst customer service ever I’m upset, first off I asked for a “king fry” and as you see on the picture they’re promoting for this item it has sour cream.. when I ordered I asked for sour cream and when I received my order I didn’t have sour cream, I asked for it and they tried to make me pay extra for something that should come with this meal.Never EVER going here again the woman in the front (in the first picture) is very rude and she’s a liar, when her manager asked her did I ask for sour cream she lies and says no, so I had to go to jewel osco to BUY my own which is extremely inconvenient!!! I also asked for No Bacon because simply because I don’t eat pork… check out the last picture.. see that ?? Yes that’s bacon, Something I said I didn’t want !I recommend going to #Fries in the mall they’re better at customer service and food wise.. should’ve went there in the first place ??

I ordered a steak sandwich, it was overly salty, the fries was very greasy with a burnt taste to them, I will never spend money at this establishment again.

Got food poisoning. Do not recommend.
Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Tried to place an order and was refused a glass of water! Was told they only have bottles of water. They have plastic cups on display and a soda fountain.
